Outstanding Experience - This was an outstanding experience and I could not recommend it more highly. The company were great to deal with and made it very special. It is not cheap but we viewed it as a once in a lifetime experience and do not regret for a minute spending the money. We were blessed with a fine blue sky day. Don't overthink it just do it!

A once in a lifetime experience! - This was one of the best things we have ever done. The pilot was great and the flight was smooth. The views from the top of the glacier were simply amazing. We were on a two week tour of New Zealand and traveled all over the country and this excursion was by far our favorite thing we did. I highly recommend this tour with Glacier Country Helicopters!

Fox Glacier Helicopter Flight - Great helicopter flight zig-zagging up the glaciers. Unfortunately, the weather conditions did not allow the landing, which would have been the icing on the cake. Nevertheless, a great experience.

Not happy - At first the staff were amazing they were friendly. They were helpful. This is my first time flying. I was nervous when we arrived. We found out we couldn’t land on the glacier. So we put changed to the 35 minute one which cost is $75 Per person, extra This was not their fault. (We did get our extra money back on return but that’s all )That was whether we understood that. then we head off to the helicopter we are 4 people on the larger size. We were supposed to have one person in the front three in the back. Once we headed to the helicopter they squeezed all four of us in the back. My husband and my friends legs were jammed into the door this is not how it was supposed to work Turns out there was two pilots instead of one when we pointed this out to the staff member she was very blunt. Her exact words are you flying or not? We were questioning how we were supposed to be seated. Our wristbands were numbered. My friend was supposed to be in the front seat three of us in the back while getting into the helicopter we could hear them over the headphones. I don’t know if they’re gonna fit. We get them in just push it was ridiculous. We couldn’t get our arms up to take a photo.. once we returned we spoke to the staff they told us they would have to check with the pilot no apology. No nothing. How was talking to the pilot? Gonna help how it ruined our experience. We couldn’t take photos we could not move , it was ridiculous
