We will meet in Frascati station and we will go to my family farmhouse (only 5 minutes drive) to discover a special place..

Amazing day in Friscati! - We had the best time with Paola!! She was an amazing host and the Minardi vineyard was beautiful. Highly recommend this tour! We loved it and would certainly do it again. It was an amazing day!

YOU HAVE TO DO THIS - We had Nicolo as our guide and Anna as our chef. this was 100% worth it, they wine and dine you like your family. The class is fun and the property is stunning. The wine is the best wine we’ve ever had and we would do it all other again. I cannot recommend this enough.

Absolute must do experience! - Everything about the pasta making and wine tasting experience was fabulous - our host Nico and the other staff, the food, the wine, the class, the beautiful location and the sing-a-long after lunch!! Really well organised with easy pick up in Frascati. We all loved every minute of it and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Best pasta-making class ever! - Absolutely wonderful!!! Nico and the staff at Minardi Vineyard were informative, responsive to our questions and fun!! Food was amazing and wine is delicious. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!!!

A Delightful Experience from Start to Finish - The entire experience was fantastic! It was structured well with a great itinerary while still allowing the freedom to chat openly with the other guests! Our Guide for the day was Nichol, a very friendly and knowledgeable man. We enjoyed his insight on the wine selections and his humorous charm. The pasta Chef was incredible, she demonstrated her pasta making techniques perfectly and was very helpful and encouraging. The pasta tasted GREAT! The vineyard is lovely and impressive, a must see while on your vacation. The wine that was served is made right there on the vineyard and was delicious. The busy streets of Rome can be overwhelming, I highly encourage signing up for this experience to unwind, laugh, drink, and enjoy the private and quiet atmosphere. Bravo!

Authentic Wine Country culinary experience - Wine tasting & pasta making experience in a perfect picturesque family run vineyard. Greeted with fresh figs to taste and set just like many years before modern times. Learned what creates different components of body flavor and notes wine made. Tasting was family feel just like a Sunday in Italy. Pasta class simple and fun. Taste what you created paired with their olive oil, wine, and jam. Tour the vineyard and great view overlooking city of Rome. The fantastic experience ended with live Italian folk music. Made friends and lasting memories. 🍾🍜🥂🇮🇹

10 out of 10! - AMAZING experience!! Michelle and Maria did a bravo job teaching us the ins and outs of traditional pasta making. Alfredo did a great job of communicating clear instructions of how to travel from Rome to the villa. The history, knowledge, and experience was beyond what we expected. This tour was a highlight of our trip and the pasta tasted WONDERFUL! I can’t recommend this tour enough!

authentic experience at a family run vineyard - The minardi family was very welcoming, warm and friendly. The chef made the process of making pasta so easy and fun! The food was very delicious and the family even serenaded us with Italian and English classic songs at the end of the meal. In addition to cooking us the pasta that we made previously, they gave us a wonderful starting plate as well as samples of their cheese, olive oil, jam and truffle honey. 100% recommend!
