This is a must do activity when visiting Rome - We loved this experience from start to finish. Nico was the ultimate host. He met us at Frascati train station and took us on a tour of the city centre giving us some of the history of Frascati. Then we proceeded on a short walk to his family restaurant where the cooking school is also located. The class was fun, entertaining and we were able to enjoy some of his family Frascati wine while we were making the pasta and sauce. Eating the pasta and more wine was the perfect end to the class. There are many other cooking classes that you can book in Rome. Why I liked this one in particular is that it offers you a bit of a day trip outside of the city centre. Frascati is only a 30 minute train ride from Roma Termini. You get to see a bit of the outskirts of Rome and also the wine region of Frascati. Thanks Nico for creating such special memories of our time in Rome.

Unreal experience 100% recommend. - Absolutely amazing experience! Enjoyed every moment, we had so much fun! Nico was a great host, he gave us a background on frascati, took us down to his cave underneath their restaurant. The pasta making was so fun and the instructions were so simple. The wine was soo lovely and we actually ordered a few bottles to be shipped to us in the UK. Thank you so much for this experience!! From Mia Sophia Kenz Marie and Simon :)

Delicious, Delightful, and Definitely Worth It - My wife and I really enjoyed this excursion to Frascati on our trip to Rome. The first thing you’ll notice is it’s a nice relief from the noise and pace of Rome. Frederica and her cousin were excellent hosts—very fun, informative, and delicious experience. I was surprised how easy (with a little practice) it was to make pasta and how delicious it was. The other attendees were from all over and really made it more fun and interesting. This is an excellent couples or family outing. The wine was also fabulous. I didn’t realize this part of Rome was known for white wine, but it was quite tasty—perfect for the hotter months I’m sure. One note, check return train times especially on Sunday. It’s a beautiful, hilly town worth exploring, but we were a little surprised how infrequent the trains ran on Sunday.

A must do activity and great hosts! - We had an amazing time at our cooking session with our host Nico. He was very accommodating as on the day there were train strikes and he contacted ahead of time to tell us this. Due to these strikes, other participants in our group could not attend so it was just the two of us and Nico and he couldn’t have made it more fun!! He had excellent knowledge and answered all our questions whilst demonstrating how to make the best pasta we’ve ever tasted. This pasta accompanied by their own wine and a tour of their amazing underground cellar painted an incredible picture of their family heritage. We loved it so much we bought some wine to take home and have already put our new pasta making skills to the test!! We would recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area. Getting their from Rome centre was an easy/cheap experience as well.

So wonderful - We had a great time learning how to make pasta. It was so informative and fun. I don’t think we can ever go back to store bought! We will be making pasta forever more, once we get home from our travels. So grateful for the experience.

Best pasta making class ever!! - What an amazing experience! Our host welcomed us at the train station and gave us a little tour on our way to the restaurant. The experience itself was better than expected. We laughed and learned a lot. The final product was great considering it was my first time making pasta. The tour is totally worth it. Keep in mind that if you are staying at Rome you will need to take a 30 min ride on train but you wont regret it.

Pasta? Pasta! - This was truly a fun experience. Simone is a very nice host, the venue is lovely and the view from the town onto Rome is spectacular. Their pasta sauce is very tasteful. and so are their wines. Too bad I only had carry-on luggage on my flight so I could not take some bottles home. My daughter and I had a fun time!
