- Corso S. Giuseppe Calasanzio, 21 - Hosts Paolo and Simone have mastered the art of wine-making, pasta crafting from scratch, and preparing delightful local dishes, all thanks to their Nonna. Visitors will experience the charm of this town, steeped in history from Roman times. A short stroll leads to a stunning wine cellar where the hosts will present wines from the family vineyard, including Frascati Superiore D.O.C.G. (don’t worry, the meaning of these initials will be explained!) and Vagnolo. After sampling each wine with traditional appetizers, the pasta-making adventure begins! The chef will guide participants in creating authentic homemade pasta, so be prepared to get hands-on! Once the pasta is mixed and rolled, a delightful decision awaits: which Roman-style dish to prepare? Choose from three classic recipes: Carbonara, Amatriciana, or Cacio e Pepe, and let the chef assist in mastering the basics. The grand finale? Buon Appetito! Enjoy the pasta while engaging in conversation with fellow guests for as long as desired. After dinner, there will be an opportunity to explore the “caves” beneath the wine cellar.
