Free tasting of other premium olive oils conducted by an expert olive oil sommelier.
Tasting of local bread drizzled with “Erbesso” DOP Monti Iblei olive oil, oregano from Monti Iblei, and sea salt.

During the month of October, you will participate live to the olive oil process. In case of adverse weather conditions that prevent olive harvesting, we cannot guarantee live viewing of the olive processing.

Olive oil tour and tasting an excursion you must put on your list - The owner was so enthusiastic to share the process of olive oil making and explained in a way that was enjoyable. The best part of course was the tasting of these fine olive oils and I was able to purchase bottles so I was able to travel home with them

Outstanding Hospitality and Olive Oil - Very much recommend this tour. The family that owns and operates the farm and mill are warm and welcoming. We loved hearing about how the oil is produced. The olive oil itself is incredible. Our luggage was full of bottles when we left. We will be ordering as well. What a great experience!!

A GREAT FIND - Sometimes, you stumble across a place and know that it will become a yearly visit.
OLEIFICIO GULINO is definitely one of these places, we found it quite by accident and it was exactly what we needed. The quality of the Olive oil was so superior to anything we had previously tasted, we bought a fair amount and tomorrow will go back to buy some more. Remember, a good oil elevates a dish to the highest level. We are looking forward to a summer of OILIO GULINO on every dish.

A story of taste passed down from generation to generation. Highly recommended for tour guides! - I am a tour guide and having heard very good things about the Gulino oil mill from other tour guides, I too decided to bring a group of visitors to discover the art of oil more closely.
I really liked that contrast between the ancient building that tells of past history and the cutting-edge machinery that is present inside the oil mill... as if to testify to a tradition capable of evolving over time.
Antonello welcomed us and explained to us in a simple and passionate way the secrets that allow us to produce an excellent oil.
We saw the equipment used for the production of oil up close and I must admit that everything was very clean, the machinery was shiny.
The highlight of the visit was the tasting: each oil was accompanied by a detailed explanation of its characteristics and I was very impressed by the goodness of their oils, in particular the ERBESSO oil, an oil that stands out among a thousand oils…. I admit that I had never tasted such good oil.
The combination of professionalism, passion and beauty of the landscape made this experience unique and very welcome to my group.
Mine is just a goodbye as I will be visiting again soon with other groups of visitors.

Delicious oil and wonderful oil mill - The guided tour at the Gulino oil mill was a fascinating and instructive experience. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner of the oil mill, who immediately made us feel at ease. We had the opportunity to see up close the modern machinery used to extract the oil, explaining each phase of the process in detail, from the harvesting of the olives to the bottling of the oil, underlining the importance of the quality of the olives and processing times to obtain a high quality extra virgin olive oil. Antonello, the owner, explained to us how to taste the oil correctly, making us appreciate the extraordinary aroma and taste of their Erbesso oil, an oil that leaves an indelible memory. We have learned to recognize the fruity, herbaceous and spicy notes of a good extra virgin olive oil. The visit to the oil mill was truly a very educational and pleasant experience, as well as pleasant for the taste buds!

Educational and engaging experience. I highly recommend it! - We booked a guided tour with tasting at this famous oil mill in Chiaramonte Gulfi and we were very satisfied. The place is truly very suggestive: the oil mill is immersed in the quiet among the centuries-old olive trees. The visit was engaging and it was a pleasure to listen to Antonello, one of the owners, who shared with us his passion for oil and who, with great skill, explained to us step by step how to produce an excellent oil. Afterwards we had a professional tasting by the glass of their most prized oil, ERBESSO, which I must admit is a superlative oil and of which I kept a good supply. Afterwards we tasted 9 aromatic oils, all very pleasant and characteristic and finally we tasted seasoned bread and 4 different types of typical products that they produce with their oil. It is an experience that I recommend since it allows you to discover so much information and curiosities about the world of oil that I would never have imagined. Obviously after the visit I couldn't help but order the oil and other typical products which I had delivered directly to my home. Compliments !

Excellent oil... so good! - Tour to discover the flavors of ancient oil with many aromas available.
Charismatic staff guide the tour which includes tastings and obviously the possibility of making purchases. An experience to have for adults and children.
