Very good quality - High quality wines and snacks.
We were allowed to fill a small bottle with wine, cork, label and then take it with us.

Very valuable for price! - Professional host explaining about process of making wine combined with wine tasting and snacks that were delicious. At the end of journey we also got to label our own small bottles filled with wine of course - we took these with us.

Wonderful wine tasting experience - WE went to Quattrocielo on a grey and rainy day , but the experience lightened up our day. We were warmly welcomed by Valentina, who very well explained about the 3 different wines we tasted: white, rose and red. She brought us some very tasty anti pasta to enjoy with the wine. Often at such places they press you to buy - but we had to ask her if we could buy. We liked that very much and bought 15 bottles to ship to Denmark. All the wines were excellent. I warmly recommend to visit this wonderful wine yard.

Wine tasting with a favorable factor - A small-scale location where we received a very warm welcome. A nice explanation with a few videos to clarify the craft of wine making. Tasting the wines is accompanied by tasting local delicacies. It is a family business and brother and sister work with their father with a lot of passion in the profession.

Quality Quattrocieli wines. - We found Quattrocieli by happy accident. We’d not restocked our wine reserve before Sunday and thus decided to google for a nearby winery. Quattrocieli it turned out to be. We were greeted by lovely cats and an even lovelier dog before Giuseppe invited us on a wine tasting/lesson. We hesitated for only a second. Not only did he end up teaching us about various grape varieties, particularly the cataratto variety his father loved and grew. The first wine we tasted was a white, not usually my favourite, but the full bodied white Giuseppe served was delicious. The second was a rosé, it was interesting to learn the process of its creation but it was not my favourite in terms of taste. In between, Giuseppe served various delicious bruschetta, excellent pairings with the various wines and a lovely touch with the overall experience. And then came the red, the Nero d’Avolo, yum. It’s full bodied, deep in herbs and fruits, with a touch of spice. We brought several bottles home. No regrets. Oh, and the winery is organic.

Perfect day! - I spent my birthday at this beautiful vineyard. We tasted three different wines and wonderful Valentina told us about the history of the vineyard and explained how the wines are made. We also had a lovely picnic with good food and wine, overlooking a beautiful view of the vineyard and mountain. A perfect way to spend my birthday!

Excellent - authentic, informative and friendly tour and tasting - Excellent tour of this small winery with opportunity to taste the grape juice at various stages of fermentation on its way to becoming wine. Valentina (one of the two sibling owners/winemakers) gives a friendly, personal, fun and knowledgeable tour. We visited just after harvest was complete and tasted three table wines and two Marsala wines. Delicious mini bruschettas and antipasti too. Highly recommended. (Wine was excellent too of course! 😃)

An enchanting afternoon - Delicious wines, charming staff, and innovative methods to help you understand the complex flavours of the wine. We were also given delicious food. Look out for the gorgeous cats and cuddly dog that hang out at the winery.
