Organic and family style wine tour - Unusual wine tour but really beautiful. It felt we were visiting family. Great history of the vineyards, baglio and the railway connecting the winery. The food was superb and the wines very different but great. If you are looking for the usual wine tour, don’t go. If you want a genuine, family style tour, this is great Thank you Liliana and Vincenzo for your hospitality 🍷🍷

Fun tour and discussion in Sicilian wine making! With amazing food to top it all off! - This was a unique experience and discussion in wine making in Sicily, particularly in Alcamo. Vincenzo was fantastic and we really enjoyed speaking with him. Dinner was made by the wonderful Vito - who made sure we tried a range of typical dishes and wines and we left fully satisfied! Highly recommend and wish Vincenzo the best with the future of Baglio Florio and Adamo Winery :)

A truly authentic experience - It was an immense pleasure to be guests of Vincenzo and Liliana who, with great passion and dedication, welcomed us and guided us to discover a past made of hard work and tradition. The Baglio is still in the conditions in which it was left after closure and by visiting it, thanks to Vincenzo's narration, it is possible to imagine the scenes of life of the sharecroppers who worked there. The concrete chambers, the ovens, the tanks in which the grapes were pressed are still present and a very interesting rail freight loading system which, via 2 turntables, connects directly to the railway line that borders the property and which was used to the marketing of processed products. A special mention also to the tasting of delicacies prepared by Liliana with delicious crostini, cunzatu bread, grilled vegetables, cheese, salami, olives, pasta with Trapanese style soon, fruit, cannoli... all accompanied by the excellent organic wines produced on the estate that it offers an impressive variety of whites. We felt like we were at Amici's home, and it was one of the most authentic and true experiences we've ever had to date. Missing it would be a shame.

A charming taste of Sicily! - We did both the wine and olive tasting experiences (on separate days) and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Vincenzo is friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic and his story interesting. Add in Lilianna's cooking and you're onto a winner. The experiences are highly customisable, so would definitely recommend reaching out to the Adamos prior to the experience!

AMAZING 🤩 - ⭐️WOW⭐️!! Where should I start? 🤩 Today we visited Baglio Adamo and Adamo Bio - an organic wine and olive farm run by the two amazing people Liliana & Vincenzo! 🙏🏻 We were given a private wine tour in the fields where we got to see, taste and experience the different grapes that are grown. Then we got to go along to see parts of how the wine is produced both historically and in the present. A unique experience! 🙏🏻 Finally, a three-course lunch/dinner was served with homemade food and delicacies that were composed with no less than six different wines. I'm speechless. It is the best thing we have experienced during our 2-week trip in Sicily and we have made many excursions! My warmest recommendations to this wonderful family! So much love and commitment in what you do and produce. GRAZI MILLE!! We would love to come back! 🤗

A must do in Sicily! You can’t leave the island without experiencing Adamo Winery - We came to Adamo for a Sicilian Cooking experience but it was some much more than just a class. My words can’t describe how much fun we had. Vincenzo described the building that his family has owned for generations. He descriptions revealed the charm of this historic building. You felt the history of the buildings come alive as you imagined the work that took place here over the years. Then Liliana gave us the most amazing cooking class in the courtyard of the buildings. It wasn’t just a class…..we felt like a family preparing our dinner. The meal was paired with some of the wines they produce which were excellent. We talked about the origins of the wines. It was truly an amazing experience. The price was amazing when you consider the experience, the quality of the food and the fine wine we enjoyed. We hope to return to Sicily and we would go again! I can’t stress enough the wines and the experience were incredible!!

The highlight of our trip to Sicily! - The most incredible, in-depth tour of the vineyards and then a beautiful lunch with paired wines! The most idyllic setting as well. We even bought a couple of bottles and some Sicilian ceramics - absolutely perfect 👌

Feels like family! - My husband and I booked this on a whim and had the best time with Vincenzo. We met him at the winery and he gave us a tour of the vineyards and explained the wine making process. Not to mention the food and wine we had for lunch was delicious and plentiful. Vincenzo and his family made us feel like an extension of his family and treated us as such. Such a fun/great experience - would highly recommend!
