Great tourist attraction for Fremantle - Have always wanted to go on the Fremantle Ferris wheel, though just never done it. Well today we did, and not disappointed. Great ride, great view. Very attentive caring friendly staff.

Really great tourist attraction - This is a great attraction - not only for tourists visiting the area, but for locals as well. My bette rhalf & I came down to Fremantle for a nice feed of fish and chips & decided to have another ride on the wheel. The staff here are really friendly, safety conscious & wanted to make sure that all patrons were enjoying themselves. I would recommend this attraction to anyone & everyone who loves a ride on the "wheel".

Great view and good value - Reasonably priced ride, great views as the wheel goes round and stops at the top. Friendly staff, nothing was a bother for them. They even took a group photo of us.

Tourist in our own town - Took my one year old daughter and my brother visiting from Canada to get a great view of our city. My daughter has been eying the wheel from across the park for months and was soooo excited to get on board. We enjoyed the view and the staff were great.

Great Views - Great views of Fremantle from the Ferris Wheel. Staff were lovely and I felt it was really good that they told us up front that we would have 4 rotations in total over 10 minutes. If we stop, it’s for people getting on and off. Good for anxiety sufferers. It’s one of those things, do it once and you have done it.

Nice ride to end our trip to Fremantle - We were staying at the Esplanade Hotel for a week, and only on the morning that we were flying home decided to go for a ride on the Ferris Wheel before we left with my son. It was moved, so we assumed that it was operating (even though it was only 9.40 am on a Saturday morning). Even still, $20 for both of us was ok. The views over the Fremantle wharf and over to the Sheds and Swan river are great. The Ferris Wheel is well maintained, and very clean and safe.

Underwhelming - $10 per adult & $5 per infant is too much for 4 rotations on this wheel. Swap sides in the car after the 2nd rotation to optimize your views.

Poor customer service - We took our 2 grandchildren here today for a treat. Before going we checked the website for prices and they advertised children 15 and under as $10. Unfortunately when we arrived we were quite surprised to see that their website was incorrect children 12 and under were $10 and over 12 are now considered adults. We were happy to pay but when I just stated that the website was in fact incorrect the attendant a lady tried to refuse us. We were told in no uncertain terms that it was not her problem that we had to speak to the manager. After another attendant a young man interrupted her we were then allowed to purchase tickets. We did speak to the manager after but he was very combative and would not listen, just blaming the website. So just be careful and maybe purchase tickets online prior to attending.
