Ask for THRISTA for your driver! - Seeing all the animals was awesome!!! We even stoped at an eguanna place to feed them and stopped at a second monkey and sloth place and was only like $12 extra a person (if you wanted to go to a 2nd one). THRISTA WAS THE BEST DRIVER/GUIDE WE COULD HAVE EVER ASKED FOR. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!

Definitely go with them to the sloths!! - Oh we had the best travel guide to take us to the sloth and monkey excursion and daniel Johnson’s monkey and sloth sanctuary. It rain after so we skipped snorkeling and drove to lunch and some shopping Thrista was our tour guide and she just made it the best tour!! Thank you

Get dirty with the monkeys, stand like a tree to hold the sloth, and snorkel over amazing coral - Quick tip #1 - to find ROA (Roatan Ocean Adventures), you take the main exit from the port that's all the way on the right-hand side of the shops. You'll walk through where they are trying to sell excursions, and out the main gate, which will have a line to cross a busy road. When you come outside the gate, there are officials there helping you find your excursion company. Look for the folks in the ROA shirts. We were quickly ushered over to them and only had to wait about 5 minutes before our driver picked us up. Our driver, Joe, was an island native and answered a lot of curious questions on our drive to the monkey/sloth park. The park itself was not quite what I expected. It is less a "park" than it is a small series of enclosures with lots of rowdy monkeys. We did each get to hold a sloth, which was pretty cool, and then we went into a monkey enclosure and they jumped around and on us for a few minutes. Quick Tip #2 - don't wear anything you don't want to get dirty. The monkeys play in water and then dirt and will get it all over your clothes and hair as they jump from person to person. My white cover up was....not white when we left. The last enclosure was with some large parrots that the guide will lead onto your arm for a picture. Then we took a short walk to a dock where we left for snorkeling. This was an amazing experience. Lots of beautiful coral with plenty of colorful fish. The guide dives down to point out rare fish or schools of fish, and the drift was a lot of fun. They provide life jackets or pool noodles if floating isn't your specialty. Overall it was a great time. Not quite what I expected with the monkey/sloth sanctuary, as it was less of a tropical getaway and more of a teeny tiny setup to maximize crowd throughput.

We had a fabulous time - We had so much fun on this adventure. Our driver Trista was so accommodating, was full with information, and very friendly. She picked us up on time, took us to go see the sloth and the monkeys. Holding a sloth was a dream come true for me. She took us to go see and feed iguanas. Snorkeling was fabulous. We saw so many beautiful fish in the very colorful reefs. The crew on the boat were there to help us with everything. Trista took us to this beautiful spot where we had drinks and lunch. I recommend this adventure to anybody who is in Roatan

Phenomenal experience - This company is amazing. The owner himself met us explained everything, very personal service and small groups. The driver was excellent and very accommodating. I went with a new friend and we had the best time. We were not supposed to go to Honduras, but our stop in Roatan was the best stop of our trip because of ROA. We did the sloth and money hangout, then went snorkeling. The reef was amazing. The driver took us to a great stop to get chocolate and souvenirs, then dropped one person off as they weren't feeling well, and then took my friend and I to a restaurant to eat local food. I would love to come back and use ROA again to see more of Roatan!

By far most amazing excursion you can do on the island - Don’t look at any other excursions and just book this one!! It was only me and my sister and we basically got a private tour. They picked us up from the cruise port, drove us to the sanctuary and then immediately took us on a private snorkel tour! They alap offered to let us go to a private beach afterwards and there was a very cute beach bar with hammocks, padded beach chairs, swings, music and amazing drinks! The sloth and monkey sanctuary far exceeded our expectations. You got so much time to play with the animals. Also, we saw so much sea life in our snorkel tour and the guide was amazing at pointing out all of the sea life. When I come back, I will be doing this tour again. I can’t say enough amazing things about this tour. 20/10 experience. BEST EXCURSION OUT THERE!!!

Fantastic Company, Great Service - Herbert runs an excellent business based on creating an excellent customer experience. He and his team worked very hard to make my family’s trip smooth, enjoyable and safe. The snorkeling was as good as we could have expected following a storm. Our driver Ann was accommodating, kind and took us out of her way to stop for Honduran empanadas and chocolates. We had our own air conditioned vehicle and it was very comfortable. We were on a RoyalCaribbean cruise ship and were nervous about doing an excursion through a private party but we really enjoyed it and appreciated the individualized attention and not feeling like part of a cattle call. We highly recommend this tour and Roatan Ocean Adventure!

Excellent tour - It was a wonderful combo tour. The driver Keisha is very friendly and tell us the area when driving down on the road. Garrick is good in touring us in the water when snorkeling. I highly recommend this tour.

Most amazing excursion and experience ever. - BOOK WITH THEM!!!!! Keisha was our driver she is so knowledgeable, answered all of our questions. She picked all 7 of us up in a very nice mini van drove us first to the animal encounter then to the snorkeling. Willy, and Garrett were our snorkeling and boat tour guides. They were so incredible. We had 5 kids with us and they did not once ever lead us to a bad snorkeling place. After our snorkeling Mrs. Keisha drove us back and again showed and told us all about everything we asked. I cannot recomend them ENOUGH to EVERYONE. THIS COMPANY AND PEOPLE ARE THE BEST AND SO ACCOMMODATING. Just book it they will Do you right and take care of you.
