Morning transfer: The Malcolm Hotel Canmore (8:30 AM/10:00 AM)/ Falcon Crest Lodge(8:35 AM/10:05 AM) /Mount Royal Hotel(9:00 AM/10:35 AM)

Afternoon Transfer: The Malcolm Hotel Canmore (2:30 PM/4:00 PM) / Falcon Crest Lodge(2:35PM/4:05 PM)/Mount Royal Hotel(3:00 PM/4:35 PM)

Our driver was really... - Our driver was really cool and on tike was really easy on timings and location of drop off and pickups. Shuttle was clean and well maintained as well.

Beauty and memorable moments - Climbing to the top for the view of Moraine Lake. 1 hour was just the time we needed. The mountains, clouds rolling by with the sun behind them were majestic!

Lake Louise and Moraine Lake Shuttle - Despite the cloudy weather this trip gave us the chance to visit both lakes with zero effort. The grey sky's added an interesting contrast to all our photos and not having to drive or worry about parking made the experience a great value. Our driver Lucy was friendly and accommodating. The entire experience was everything we hoped it would be.

No frills transfer - No frills transfer to stunning Lakes Louise & Moraine which has become difficult to get to by car. Well priced and allows for about an hour at each stop

Beautiful visit to the lakes - Everyone was on time! We had 90 minutes at both lakes, plenty of time to take a hike along the lake shore. The only issue was there was no A/C on the van on the return and it was suffocating particularly for those of us on the sunny side of the van. We tried getting a bus shuttle but could not. While more expensive this was a much saner and easy way to go and we didn't have to with traffic and parking

Enjoy the views!!! - Two of some of the most beautiful lakes in the world! Definitely a most visit for anyone in the Banff area. We had about an hour & a 1/2 at each lake which is plenty of time for photos and some walking around. (If you wanted more time, to canoe or something, you’ll want more time) But for us it was perfect! And our driver was just a driver, not a tour guide which is a little different, but still a very nice, punctual & helpful. It saves alot of hassle with parking, etc

Beautiful lakes - Mr Chen was very nice. 1snd1/3 hours ids too long at each lake. Lake moraine washroom facilities were disgustingly filthy

Stay away - The lakes and views are out of this world. But, being in a bus a day of 30 degrees without air conditioning was a torture not acceptable.
