New historical perspective of Portugal - This is truly an experience and not merely a tour. Intertwining Portugal's history and the Templars in Tomar by an expert historian was fascinating. The castle/monastary compound in Tomar is larger and more diverse than anticipated and Paulo pulls all the extensive facts together. Fatima is also a special visit for those of the faith and others who have heard the recent story. A local lunch completed the day with wonderful food you don't find in the big cities. An expensive but very worthwhile excursion with lasting impressions.

Exceeded my expectations - Paulo was an expert on the Templar knights. It was a lovely trip with lunch at a traditional Portugal family owned restaurant. I highly recommend this trip.

Fatima fantasy - Our guide Jorge was excellent— great stories and history of all sights. Tomar was truly magical — cloister tour was beautiful. Fatima was heavenly. We were treated to a children’s choir. My husband was walking with a cane and Jorge found ways for us to enjoy every sight.

Dream come true - This was a wonderful dream come true for me to visit Fatima Paulo Moreira dropped us off at the main gate and allowed us to experience the little chapel, tree and basilica and later joined us at the chapel It was a real treat for him to take us to the little village where the children had lived and to meet the niece of Francisco and Jacinta. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Convento de Cristo He knew a great deal of information We absolutely loved the day❤️❤️❤️

Great day! - We did the one day private tour with Paulo to Fatima and Tomar. We cannot say enough about Paolo. He shared his historical knowledge & insight and was very familiar with the history of Portugal and the specific sights we visited. We visited these locations on a very stormy day. Paolo monitored the weather to change up the order and we were able to dodge most of the bad weather. He also brought us an umbrella. Paolo was very friendly. We enjoyed our many conversations throughout the day.

Fantastic wander through history - Wonderful experience: Paolo is so knowledgeable--an expert, really--on the history, architecture, and various art styles that have been so lovingly preserved at these sites. The chapel inside the Convent of Christ at Tomar is jaw-dropping. Hearing the history and legends while viewing these relics is so illuminating. Great tour if you're curious, like to learn, and don't mind the oppressive July heat! The van was air-conditioned, and seated our group of 6 comfortably. The drive was a pleasant one, through beautiful landscapes and lush fields of grapes and olives. Well-priced for a private tour; don't miss this gem with Paolo.

Fantastic day - This was a fantastic day tour of Fatima and Tomar with Paulo our guide and driver. We were the only 4 pax in a comfortable MB van so it ended up being a private tour. Tomar is a must see for history buffs like us. Paulo was well versed in the Knights Templar history and we enjoyed listening to his stories. It was a comfortable day since it was a private tour and Paulo was flexible with our time, allowing us to go shopping in Fatima and buy religious objects. We were lucky to hear mass at Fatima and we had our rosaries blessed. I highly recommend taking this tour with Paulo! It was money well spent!!!
