- Lake Kawaguchiko - Lake Kawaguchi is located in the town of Fujikawaguchiko in southern Yamanashi Prefecture near Mount Fuji, Japan. It is the second largest of the Fuji Five Lakes in terms of surface area, and is located at the lowest elevation. It is situated at an altitude of approximately 800 meters (2,625 ft), which accounts for its relatively cool summers and frequently icy winters. It also has the longest shoreline of any of the Fuji Five Lakes.
- Oshino Hakkai - Oshino Hakkai are the eight springs found in Oshino, Yamanashi, Japan. The aquifer water from Mount Fuji comes out to the ground to form these springs. They are a Natural monument of Japan, part of the Mount Fuji World Heritage Site, and one of Yamanashi Prefecture’s important tourist attractions.
- Houtou Fudou - Houtou Fudou is the specialty dish in the area, thick hand cut noodles in a miso broth, of course there are various options as well as a variety of snack foods at most stops
- Hakone Ropeway - The observation platform at Hakone Ropeway offers breathtaking views of ‘Owakudani’, Hakone’s most famous tourist spot. Desolate mountainside covered by plumes of smoke produce a distinct scene so fitting the area’s former name of Hell Valley. There are also many scenic spots to be seen from the ropeway.
- Zuijinmon - Zuijinmon is a shrine dedicated to worshipping Mount Fuji, the main hall was built in 1615, it’s surrounded be a cedar forest with some trees thought to be over 1,000 years old
