Excellent sightseeing trip !! - Ryu was punctual and took care of us during the day trip. His knowledge about the tourist spots was exceptional. We recommend everyone to use his company for your next visit to Tokyo and surrounds.

Recommend - On time , Dynamic Trip and Accommodated to what we wanted to do. The guide is knowledgeable and friendly! The car is comfortable. Bring a USB charger if you want ti charge your phone .

The taste of Mt Fuji - Great trip. Knowledgeable and friendly guide. Enjoyed the service. Great advice for little gems about food and souvenir shops, which added icing on the cake to an already enjoyable day seeing the sights. Food was better than our 5 star restaurant food was.

Perfect day trip to Fuji region - This was an ideal tour for us and we had such a wonderful day. We had a hotel pick up from Tokyo and our private driver/guide Ryu tailored the day according to what we wanted to do and see in the Fuji Hakone region, and how long we wanted to stay at each location. He also gave great food recommendations and shared his fascinating insight into life in Japan. Would 100% recommend!

1 day around Tokyo - We visited multiple point of view to Fuji mountain , ancient village, ancient trample , ride boat on the lake and finally amazing view on hot sulphur springs valley. Everything was organised perfectly. Nice car, knowledgable, friendly and helpful guide. Excellent places for meals, no queues, no waiting. Would highly recommend this tour and guide.

A great family day out - A great day out with the family! We visited lots of amazing places around Fuji and Hakone, our guide Ryu was first class, friendly, knowledgeable and easy going, would definitely recommend this tour.

Amazing Guide, Outstanding Tour. Highly Recommended. - Ryu was an outstanding guide. He sent us a message to arrange a What's App call the day before to go over what we needed and the tour specifics. He was well prepared, had checked the weather, and briefed us thoroughly.
The tour itself is well thought out and well organized. The stop at the Pagoda and Shrine are a nice start to the day. Even though it was cloudy for us and Mt. Fuji was hiding in the morning, it was still enjoyable. Ryu is a wealth of knowledge about Japan and was always happy to answer our questions.
Oshino Hakkai is a quaint town with great snacks/food stalls. The ponds are crystal clear and you can get souvenirs if you so wish. Hakone is a nice stop. The cable car had breath taking views up the side of the mountain. The smell is not for the faint of heart once at the top. The sulfur dominates the senses, so we didn't stop long.
As we missed the boat tour and didn't want to wait, we made an itinerary swap at the last second and went to the Hakone Open Air Museum instead. This was fun, especially the stained glass cylinder installation. There is also a Picasso exhibit for those that enjoy his style of art.
Bottom line - this tour was excellent value for money and a well designed itinerary. Without a vehicle, there is no way to do this by public transport in a day, and you'd miss Ryu's encyclopedia of facts along the way. We learned a lot and had a great time.

Amazing Day Trip to see Mt. Fuji, Shrines and area. - We had an amazing trip with Ryu! He was so knowledgeable and we learned so much about the rich history and culture of Japan. Unfortunately it was cloudy and raining so it wasn’t the best day to see Mt Fuji but Ryu took us to amazing spots in and around the area, shrines, great local sushi restaurant, lakes and markets. What an unforgettable experience and I HIGHLY Recommend!!!! Very worth the price and would do it again on my next trip back.

Ryu the best! - I could explain here Ryu's great kindness and good service, the perfect itinerary that Ryu recommended to us, Ryu's great explanations of the Japanese way of life and culture, but my recommendation is that you don't think twice and book a tour with Ryu now to experience it for yourself! Our trip to Japan would not have been the same without this tour. Thank you once again for your treatment and service. Ryu, you are the best, and it is impossible to find a better alternative.
