We LOVED it!! - Ishii picked us up from our Airbnb early in the morning. The van was incredibly clean and spacious, making a huge difference on our long journey. We saw numerous breathtaking sights and enjoyed each one at our own pace. The private tour allowed us to take our time, and Ishii's kindness, knowledge, and respectfulness made the experience truly special. My mom and aunt felt so comfortable with him that they said it was like traveling with another family member. If I have the chance to do this again, I'd definitely reach out to Ishii. Thanks for a fantastic day and for respecting our time at those beautiful places 🙏🏾

Mt Fuji Tour - Muzi picked us up at 7:30am so we would have enough time to cover all the places in our itinerary. Also during the tour, he got a weather update that there was a high probability for rain in the afternoon so he asked us if we wanted to see as much as possible before lunch time. We agreed with him and followed his suggestion. Muzi would not only drive us to the places but, also get off the car and walk with us to all the entrances for each site that we visited, explain to us the history of each place, give us recommendations on what local food/snacks to get and even take our pictures. Thankfully, we were able to see all the places and sure enough, it started to rain by the time that we went to lunch. We were very happy having Muzi as our tour guide during our tour. 

Great day! - Mozi is great. He contacted me the day before to pick me up early so I could see more. He was very easygoing and took me to some great places in Mt Fuji and Hakone and I was able to do same day customization. He gave me choices of what to do. He was very patient and truly a nice person!

Highly recommended for any visitor trying to enjoy Mt. Fuji - Sikii had great communication and was very friendly and helpful the entire time. For a first time visitor, he took us to all of the main locations and although it was quite crowded, we still enjoyed it a lot. He helped us order food and buy tickets and everything needed to make the trip as smooth as possible. The spacious van was a bonus as well.

Tokyo to Fuji/Lake Yamanaka - We had a wonderful experience with Hadi as our driver. He suggested a pick up time of 730a which was great to avoid traffic. The weather was not in our favor and Hadi was very polite in revising our original itinerary as the Fuji 5th Station wouldn't have been worth it (clouds and rain obstructed our views all day). At every stop Hadi would bring us to the entrance and provide a brief description of the site. He was very responsive via whatsapp and that made everything easier and stress-free.

Good day trip to Mt Fuji - Mozi was very friendly and accommodating guide. Took us to several places. Provided some history and info about them. Gave us lot's of suggestions on places around Tokyo to visit. Would highly recommend.

Excellent & friendly - Hadi (The driver) arrived. on time was very helpful in explaining & showing places we visited. He offered to take photos of us and recommended restaurants to have lunch.

Great tour - We had an awesome time and our guide was very helpful with getting us to the best spots and was very understanding with my young children. Our guide did a great job and we saw and did waaaay more than I thought we would!
