Houtou Fudou - Optional stop
Feeling hungry and want to try one of the most popular noodle dishes in this town? Houtou is a noodle dish with a rich vegetable/miso-based broth. There’s a reason why it’s the most popular restaurant in town!
If you want something less touristy, or something else to eat, don’t fret! I have many more local and delicious spots I would love to take you to!
- Yagizaki Park - A quick stop at this quaint little park for a quick photo op. Stunning views of Mt Fuji on a small hilltop make a perfect memory for you and your family and friends. When in season there is a beautiful path of hydrangeas and other flowers. If we’re lucky we can see the swans resting shoreside near the lake.
- Lake Kawaguchiko - Enjoy a drive around Lake Kawaguchiko, stopping at a few stops to take in the breath taking views.
- Oishi Park - Take in the views of Mt Fuji while enjoying the beautifully manicured garden at Hana Terrace. Check out the boutique shops and pick out your next souvenir. Try an array of interesting ice cream flavors, including shine muscat and peach-flavored ice cream. Pizza, coffee, and some Japanese food are served here.

Haha no Shirataki Waterfall - Optional stop

After visiting the falls there is a small shrine yet tranquil shrine we will visit.
