- 2 Livingstone Way - Clients are picked up from their respective hotels in Zimbabwe and transported to the check-in point for a safety briefing. Afterward, they proceed to the top of the gorge, which overlooks the Zambezi River below Victoria Falls. Here, clients are equipped with life jackets, helmets, and paddles, divided into groups of 6 to 10 per raft, and introduced to their guides. They then descend into the gorge, which is a vertical distance of 110m at low water and approximately 200m for high water trips. The paths are steep and can be slippery, so clients are advised to take their time and stay safe. At the bottom, everyone boards their rafts with their guide and practices the skills needed to avoid flipping the raft and to synchronize their paddling. Clients then navigate the rapids of the mighty Zambezi River, a high-volume river system (1.7km of waterfall passing through a 50m wide gorge) with a pool-drop structure (after each rapid, which lasts a maximum of 45 seconds, there is a calm section to recover before the next rapid). After completing the rapids, there is an approximately 320m climb out of the gorge. At the top, lunch and drinks are served before transferring back to town and their hotels.
