- Miradouro da Ponta do Rosto - For our last stop of the we will go to the Ponta do Rosto viewpoint, where you can see the red cliffs and, if the weather allows it, you can even see a part of the Porto Santo island
- Machico - We will go thtough Machico which was the first capital of Madeira
- Santa Cruz - And finally we will go through Santa Cruz before dropping you off in your Hotel

Fantastic tour and great value for money - Second tour with this company and once again superb. Great locations to visit, very helpful host and driver. Would recommend to anyone.

East coast - We spent the most enjoyable day with Rodreguis (spelling), took us to all the promised sights, off roading. He picked the place for our lunch and preordered for us, so it would be ready when we got there. He answered all the questions from the 7 of us on the tour.
Only, one thing - if you book with other people in your group be sure to mention that you want to be together in the same tour. And if you are in the back of the jeep it can be hard to hear the driver/guide. Just a couple minor things, but all in all it was a great excursion. Would do it again

Recommended - Great way to see lots of the island in a day. Guide was friendly and informative (I think his name is Rodrigo). The hike was a highlight.
Cold and windy at the top of the mountain (bring a warm jacket) —and above the clouds so not much view.
I could have skipped the stop at the rum factory — took too much time. Everyone was ready to get going after a quick walk through the factory and the tasting— but we stood around for another 20 minutes or so before the guide suggested we get going.
be aware that the four people who sit in the back are in pretty tight quarters.
We saw lots of different companies doing a similar tour – – but I was glad I booked with Safari Maderia.
Good tour at a reasonable cost.

Terrific Experience-Highly Recommend - Our driver was terrific. Not only being an exceptional driver, he was very detail oriented, very, very clear in his language, and speaking to older adults, and gave excellent advice at each of our stops. Highly recommend.

Great. - I loved the day in a Jeep and discovered incredible scenery in a warm atmosphere! Rodrigo, the Guide, was very friendly and gave us plenty of information about the island and its landscapes.

My number 1 recommendation for Madeira - This tour was awesome! So many things to see and do along the way. Our driver was really knowledgeable about the island, the 4x4 is an amazing way to see parts of the island you can't see in and coach. It is my number 1 recommendation for those going to Madeira. The short levada walk is a nice experience for those not wanting to do a longer or harder hike too.

A toast to the most beautiful views of Madeira! - Getting out of the city and into the breathtaking country side was like being able to breath again.
An interesting variety of experiences all in 1 day. Worth it over and over.
Pedro was attentive and caring.

Awesome Tour - Pedro provided an awesome tour of the eastern part of Madeira. Felt safe in his driving and he took us to spectacular parts of the island. Really enjoyed lunch with the group at a cute spot in Santana. Definitely would recommend this tour.

10/10 for the amazing Safari Tour! - If you're looking for a way to see the beautiful parts of Madeira and don't want to drive then look no further! Safari Madeira is an excellent choice. Myself and a friend booked the full day tour for the East tour of the Island. A convenient pick up at our hotel, we where greeted with our driver Miguel, who absolutely made the trip! He was so knowledgeable, friendly, chatty and very funny...he made us laugh the whole day! The starting point was Pico Ariero where we got to take in the breathtaking views of the lushess green mountains, we then headed through jungle like forestry, and the ride was a thrill experience. With a few pitstops at some beautiful locations, a perfect amount of time at each location, we could not stop taking photos! We were delighted with our final destination of the day being Ponta da são Lorenqo, it had the most unbelievable 360 views across the beautiful island, stunning cliff edges and vibrant blue waters down below. This Safari Tour is 100% worth the money! You won't regret it!
