Super fun, informative and breath taking views. - Excellent Tour that exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was top-notch, easy, and super fun from pick up to drop off. Our guide Miguel was not only extremely informative but also incredibly personable and overall he just made the afternoon a total blast. Strongly recommend.

A great snapshot of madeira - Fantastic tour with Gil, very knowledgeable about the island and great views. Small group was lovely too, could ask as many questions as we liked. The off roading section was particularly fun. Would highly recommend as a way to pass a few hours.

Wonderful views, punctuality, sympathy, attentive. These were some of the ingredients for a super well-passed day - Me and my mom booked the Jeep ride which we loved in every way. It was one of the things we liked most in Madeira. The views are wonderful, the timing is perfect. We were picked up at our accommodation, and from then on it was an incredibly sensational half-day that took the breath. What a good day!
5 star rating for Mr. Carlos our Guide. It was super attentive, super friendly, even though I did it for pleasure. Gave us explanations of everything, tips on Things to do. Me and my mother only spoke Portuguese the others were English, and Carlos was top, always made a question of translating everything. Even me and my mother, who didn't speak English, could realize that Carlos was saying exactly what they were explaining to us. He was simply amazing. Achieved by everyone in a relaxed atmosphere and the will even not speaking the same language. The walk was simply wonderful. We will definitely be back!!

Santa Cruz - Canico - Camacha - Santo Antonio da Serra - We enjoyed a nice tour in a jeep with another couple from Czechia. Miguel, our guide, was very professional, told us a lot of information about all parts of Madeira, not only the places we were going through at that time. He was very funny, and basically gave us freedom in terms of when we wanted to move on to the next stop in our tour. After our lunch, we had an opportunity to visit a local producer of cider. Next we continued with a little bit of off-road ride, followed with beautiful views around the local steep hills all of that accompanied with interesting, educational and entertaining talk from Miguel. This trip was definitely a nice conclusion of our stay at Madeira. We can 100% recommend that.

A Half Day Tour from Funchal over the Mountains - We had a most enjoyable tour up to Pico Areeiro with our guide Michael. His enthusiasm, good nature and great knowledge about the island really made the Trip . The views of the mountains actually above the clouds and the variety of trees and plants to be seen were spectacular.
We were also impressed by the efficiency of the local agents, Island Discovery who quickly answered any question from us.
Just one note , we made just three stops with 15-20 minutes at each stop. An extra 5 or 10 minutes at the first two would have been good .
