The best day! - We had a full day with Spencer, our driver/guide - and it was wonderful!
One of the best days of our holiday, very relaxed and we saw some beautiful parts of the north of Madeira.
Stunning scenery and went a bit off the beaten path to show us spectacular view point!
Fantastic recommended for bolo do coco lunch too 😋
Definitely recommend this trip .

It was brilliant. Miguel... - It was brilliant. Miguel was very knowledgeable and funny and we loved our trip getting to see parts of the island that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise

More than a tour, a true Madeira experience - From start to finish our mystery tour was absolutely incredible. Dinarte was faultless, not just a brilliant driver and guide, but a true storyteller who brought the island to life. Every stop felt carefully chosen, every story full of passion and knowledge. Everything was at our own pace and personalised completely. Dinarte has that rare ability to balance history, culture, nature, and humour all in one, so the day felt effortless yet unforgettable.
What stood out most was the way he connected everything together, it wasn’t just about the sights, it was about feeling the spirit of Madeira. We ended the day with huge smiles and a deep appreciation for this island, the people and for Dinarte’s kindness and energy.
If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate. This was more than a tour, it was an experience we’ll never forget.

A fantastic experience! - My husband and I were inspired to book a private jeep tour after seeing a YouTube video and were so glad we did. Our guide, Spencer, was very knowledgeable about Madeira and created an interesting itinerary for us, taking in Camara De Lobos, various waterfalls, a beautiful little chapel at Sao Vicente, the spectacular scenery and lava rock pools at Porto Moniz and the ‘fairy forest’. He also gave a great recommendation for lunch! We wouldn’t have covered half of this without a guide and would highly recommended this activity.

Incredible. Words cannot describe. - No words can describe how amazing this tour was… our guide Dinarte was the best you could ask for. Nothing was too much for him, giving us the best insights into the island and taking us to some hidden gems. We were 3 adults and a child and we all can honestly say it’s been one of the best days we have ever had… and we have been to many places across the world. Dinarte was so passionate about what he does and you can clearly see how much he loves the island. He even took us to the zipling on our itinerary, that we asked for, showing that he can make itineraries/plans for whatever you want or need. Please choose this company should you want a private tour, they genuinely seem in it for the people rather than the money. Very refreshing to see! Thank you Dinarte and we will be sure to use you on our trip again… I will even be recommending you to other family and friends.

Personalized and memorable! - If you have researched Madeira and have a list of places you would like to see then I would highly recommend this tour.
Our guide was amazing! We were able to see the majority of the places on our list plus many more that our knowledgable guide suggested. A huge shout out to our guide Spencer, for making our Madeira Jeep tour experience a most memorable one!

Brilliant tour - Legend Spencer - What a great tour! Full day mystery tour with Spencer was brilliant, great guy with a great sense of humour. Great driver too with lots of knowledge and banter about everything to do with the island. Also did a half day tour and he took us to some spots we’d have never known about - also returned my hat to the hotel after I left it in his vehicle the day before 😃 Thank you Spencer !

Full day - Had an amazing full day and a half day with Spencer. he showed us lovely places we wouldn’t have seen otherwise and lots of opportunities to meet locals and try local food. Was really fun. Highly recommend. Lovely tour on a lovely island!

Incredible Private 4x4 Experience. A Must Do in Madeira! - We booked the Madeira Insideout Private 4x4 Jeep Tour on August 8, 2025, and it was truly the highlight of our trip. Our tour guide was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the island’s history, culture, and nature, but also had a great sense of humor that kept us laughing the entire day.
What really made the experience special was how he took us to hidden gems and secret spots far off the usual tourist paths, places we never would have found on our own. Every stop was breathtaking, from dramatic coastal cliffs to peaceful mountain viewpoints. His storytelling and passion for Madeira brought each location to life.
The 4x4 ride itself was an adventure thrilling without ever feeling unsafe and gave us access to areas you simply can’t reach with a regular car. We felt like we were getting a true “insider’s view” of the island.
If you want a fun, informative, and truly unique way to explore Madeira, don’t hesitate to book this tour. You’ll leave with incredible memories, stunning photos, and a new appreciation for this beautiful island.
