• How many people can fit in a Spinach car? Maximum of 2 people per vehicle.
• What is the maximum weight capacity of a Spinach car? The Maximum Weight for 2 people is 200kg (440lbs)
• What is the age requirement for renting a Spinach car? The minimum age to drive is 18 years old. Children aged 7 to 12 years or at least 1.20 m (3.93 ft) can travel in a Booster seat (let us know in advance if you need one). All minors must be accompanied by an adult, and it is mandatory to sign a Term of Responsibility for children up to 13 years old.
• What documents do I need to rent a Spinach? You need a valid Driver’s License and an ID document or Passport. Copies of Documents will not be admissible
• What is the car’s autonomy? The maximum autonomy is 90km, however it depends on the way you drive the Spinach
• What happens if the car runs out of battery during my rental? You will have to call the telephone number that is written on the car, and we will give you all the necessary support in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
• Who is this activity not suitable for? • Pregnant women • People under 120 cm • People with back problems, • Children under 7 years old, • People that weigh more than 100kgs
• How far in advance must I get to the location where the experience begins? All customers with reservation must check in 15min prior to the tour start.
• What is the company’s policy on rescheduling the experience in case of bad weather conditions? In case of bad weather conditions and if the company considers that there are no safety conditions to operate the activity, it’s possible to reschedule it for the same day depending on availability.
• What forms of payment do we accept for Spinach rentals? We accept payments by debit or credit card, cash, and bank transfer (only for groups)
• Credit Card deposit per car (to be refunded at end of tour 100€)
• Are there any restrictions on where I can park a Spinach car? You can park the Spinach wherever cars and motorcycles are parked. You just have to pay attention, because some of these parking lots are paid.
• What happens if there’s an accident or the car is damaged during my rental? The car’s documents are in the trunk, and it has third-party liability insurance, just as in a typical auto accident. Contact the support number in order to streamline the procedure.
• Can I take a Spinach car outside of the city limits? We recommend driving just on the chosen route so that you can fully enjoy the experience. There are also roads that are prohibited, such as motorways, highways, and bridges.
