Very, very well!!!! - It was very good. Spotters, the lady who teaches, the captain all with 1000 stars. We see 4 "Spermwhales." Spectacular! Fantastic! Funny, even if we didn't find the whales or dolphins.

Brilliant, an ecological view of wildlife from a respectful distance. - Raquel and Carolina were very patient and very knowledgable. We found multiple pods of pilot whales and on our trip and we got as close as we could to see them, without disturbing their wild habitat.
The whole experience was excellent. The pilot was very professional and helpful and the knowledge the crew shared with us enriched our experience, the ecological perspective was a consistent theme throughout our time with them, which is very important these days.
We have done whale watches before, but never in a smaller boat, which affords the passengers an up close view without disturbance to the wildlife.
Brilliant - highly recommend.

Incredible whale watching - The trip gave us a refund immediately as swimming with dolphins was not possible on our trip, but the whale and dolphin watching was superb

Paradise - Spectacular, we saw species that had not yet been seen, the Guide and the skyper, spectacular always attentive to the customers.
I recommend and will come back on a next visit to Madeira

A great sea tour - Had a great morning trip with my boyfriend to go and see the dolphins. Even though I was started to get sea sick, they made sure I was ok and even stopped under the Cabo Girão for us to take a dip, just a great feeling to be swimming in the middle of the ocean ☺️ We saw 2 differents species of dolphins and even some babies 😍 The guide gives you all the information about the different dolphins and answers all of your questions. The captain is in contact with some spotters on land so that they indicate to him where are the whales and dolphins. We have really enjoyed our tour so thank you again ☺️

Loved it. - We loved this trip! Saw bottlenose dolphins and Pilot Whales. The Rib ride was exciting and took us close to the cliffs and a small harbour too. Animal sights are not guaranteed but for us we were fortunate. Saw a baby barracuda in the harbour too!

Well run - They do their best to track some whales and dolphins for you. They are well organised and it feels very safe. Some of our family went back for a second trip..

It was an experience I expected having grown up on the Pacific Ocean - They were able to find a pod of pilot whales (dolphins) fortunately. The tour was good with a knowledgeable guide. As we were sitting near the back of the craft he answered any questions we had. The attempt to find a second pod near the habour failed but the views were great. The zodiac type boat made it a true sea experience with moderate wave action but definitely some spray! Unforttunately I have no photos at this time, they are in the camera, no computer!

Got cancelled less than 18 hours before departure - Our trip was canceled less than 18 hours before departure because they received a last-minute request from a cruise ship (their words). They stated that they were under contract with this cruise line, but nowhere on their website does it say that they can cancel your trip at such short notice for this reason. Later, they claimed it was due to one of their boats being out of service, which, to me, seems like a valid reason for not being able to fulfill a contract. Instead, they allowed the cruise line’s last-minute request to proceed on the boat that was still operational and canceled the reservations of their other customers.
They offered us an afternoon tour, which we couldn’t take as we were leaving the island. Other tours were already fully booked, so there was no whale-watching for us.
Absolutely bizarre and untrustworthy behavior from this company. I would recommend booking your tour elsewhere.

For swimming with dolphins... run away - If you want to swim with dolphins... go elsewhere
They sell you this presta and put you with groups of people who just want to see whales and dolphins. In this case, it was only we who took the activity to swim with dolphins...
If we cross the dolphins with which it is possible to swim so much better otherwise we reimburse you the difference between swimming with dolphins and the ride for even whales and dolphins... or 60€ for us 4...
This is dishonest to me because if I had known this at Check-out, I would never have taken the risk of paying 260 € for an activity that is not going to be insured to me and worse... we are actually taken hostage on a boat for an activity that you did not wish to do and at the end they tell you "we will refund you the difference"
I specify that the refund was made but that it was necessary to claim it by email 2 weeks after the activity and it is once the email sent that the procedure was launched on their side.. brief activity to bitter taste (no pun intended)
