A great coffee experience and fun day - Jessica was a very friendly and knowledgeable English guide: we also learnt a lot about Bogotá and surrounds. Eliberto was a skillful and patient driver. A fantastic way to see the area around Fusugasugá and learn about the coffee process from Camillo and a guide in training. A fun day sharing the warmth of Colombians proud of their country and its products!

Heavenly Coffee Experience - The coffee tour was fantastic! Really enjoyed learning about coffee from start to finish. The tour guide and driver, (Amy and Guillermo) that drove us there and back were very friendly and informative to our questions about the area. The staff from the Hacienda Coloma were also super friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. Will definitely recommend anyone to take this tour.

Cindy was the most... - Cindy was the most amazing tour guide. She had great conversation and was very personable. We ended up having a private tour of the coffee farm because the other group was late in getter there. The tour guide at hacienda Coloma was young and did a great job of going through the process. Afterwards Cindy took us to an amazing authentic Colombian restaurant that was basically someone’s house. It was like eating someone’s abuelas food. Panzita llena, corazon contento!

A different tour worth experiencing - Overall, this tour was one of the top things we experienced while in Bogota. We were transported by Cindy and Guillermo, who were very personable and outgoing tour guides. The guide at the coffee plantation, Julian, was very knowledgeable and personable. His tour of the grounds was fun and interesting. It included lessons in the coffee industry, science, and history.

Tiring day for a short tour - If you want to do this tour you need to understand upfront that it takes 2.5 hours to get there (traffic is very very heavy, and the mountain road is very twisty). The tour takes about 1.5 to 2 hr to complete. And then it will take about 2.5 hrs to go back home. It was a long tiring day. The Coffee plantation is set up for tourists only. They were friendly. It's a nice tour, but probably nothing you can't learn through you-tube. The host was only there to chaperone. She spoke great english, but was not needed for the tour. Would not repeat tour.

Great tour - The tour was great and Diego was a perfect guide! The tour was very cool to see the steps of how coffee is made and the finca is very cool and quaint. The only downside which seemed like just bad luck was that the van broke down so n the way back and took us almost 2 hours more to get home. Besides that hiccup I would recommend this tour for people who want to see a coffee farm close to Bogota with great lunch

Just OK...but traffic made this a nightmare! - We were hoping to visit a rural coffee plantation, but this is just a beautiful villa inside a busy city. Hacienda Coloma is worth a visit, and our tour there (and guide) were fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and we learned much about coffee growing and production, but their main product is "coffee liquor" and this was not a coffee farm. Unfortunately, the tour itself was a disaster due to traffic. Our 6 hr tour (to enjoy 1-2 hrs at Hacienda Coloma) turned into a 10 hr marathon spent sitting in a minivan. Our guide was kind and apologetic, but provided little to no information about delays and agenda (we "missed" the 11 AM tour, then had to wait for the 2 PM tour). Our driver was safe, but was unfamiliar with the route, made wrong turns and backtracks, and took us the wrong way on a one-way street! Lunch was "meh", though our guide tried her best to make things better. Even without the traffic, this was definitely overpriced. Hacienda Coloma is worth a visit, but we recommend picking a different coffee tour (or different tour company).
