For A/H (airport to hotel) Our professional driver will greet you at the arrival hall exit with a sign displaying your name. The free waiting time is 1 hour after the actual arrival time. (This gives you 2 hours of free waiting time after landing, so don’t worry about passing through all airport controls, customs, visa checks, and luggage pick-up procedures!) Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address.

For H/A (hotel to airport) The meeting point is in your hotel lobby. The driver will be there with a sign displaying your name at the appointed time. Typically, the pick-up time is 3.5 hours before an international flight and 2.5 hours before a domestic flight. (During peak hours and at some airports, you may need to add an hour or more to ensure timely arrival.) Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and airport terminal.
