Luxury VIP experience! - As an avid traveler and shopper I can tell you this was well worth its while. They do everything as promised. Anna and the team were superb. You can drop your bags in a beautifully appointed room and keep shopping. The d e tax experience was fast and vip ( meaning no need to wait in the general line) and they got a cab back to my hotel. Two incredible gentlemen even escorted me to the taxi … I didn’t even carry a single back

Business - Leave only two or three in Korea. I would like the employees to be French, European and Korean. Nice time. - I have taken this experience before (Covid) and I really enjoyed myself. I did this time also, everyone was very nice and helpful. The only item which could be improved is lunch. It used to be in the mainstore and was a nice enjoyable sit down. Now, you have to cross street (it was cold) and get a prepackaged sandwich and a drink, sitting at a bar. Not enjoyable. Also, I wasn’t able to leave my coat at the concierge. But, the limo home was great and I was escorted to the limo. And, the forms for tax refund was a breeze. Yes, I would do it again and hope too.

Use during a strike is a must! - I used it on December 28, 2019. I booked a Parisian shopping experience from Japan in advance. It was 89 € for two using a 10% off coupon issued by someone who blogs about Paris.
I visited at 15:00 on December 28, in the middle of a strike.
The designated location is Asian Languages: Meeting point at the Concierge on the 3rd Floor”, so I went to the 3rd floor, showed the coupon and they said it was the 5th floor. Is it because there are so many Chinese visitors? So far, there have been overseas productions, so I thought there was no choice.

When we arrived at Le concierge on the 5th floor, we dropped off our coats, got an explanation from our sister, a friendly staff member, and got a coupon when we said we wanted to go to the cafe first.
Now, I was told that I would try to go to the cafe, and that the concierge here would be available until 17:00! I've been doing all my other errands because I knew it was until 20:30 during business hours.... I think it was for the staff to go home because we were on strike, but we couldn't get through it. I regretted using this service at this point.
I also thought it was a good deal to have each drink plus two cakes at ANGELINA, but I regretted that I should have mixed one with lunch and the other with a cafe because two sweet cakes were honestly hard to stomach in Japan. The cakes are impeccably good, but there’s so much fresh cream… One piece per person is enough.
Regarding coupons, I presented them to the ANGELINA staff before ordering and had them recognized, and I presented them again at checkout and they could be used easily.

Then I bought a bag and wallet on Celine. The older sister of the staff in charge at Celine was just kind enough to share my advice with other male staff and think with them. The service was as meticulous as if they were buying in Japan. I was told that I would follow you to the place for the TAX FREE procedure, but when I told you that I was using a concierge, you said that would be fine, so maybe you don't have to use the Parisian shopping experience if you have time.
And then I walked around for about 30 minutes and went back to the concierge at about 16:40 to have the TAX FREE process done. However, I remained standing outside the concierge because it was the computer that was outside that was going through the procedure.
Finally, when I asked for a taxi, they told me I couldn't because I was on strike, and they called to say they would try, but I couldn't get a taxi... 
This time, we used the service because our primary goal was not to walk around the pickpocketed streets of Paris with branded bags… It didn’t mean anything.
We were also offered drinks on the concierge floor, but we didn't have until 5pm and we were very disappointed, so we said no.
Only the toilets were available in the niceties of the private rooms.
I used nerves to walk with my Celine bag to the hotel and was very tired.
Even though you were still able to get 10% off using coupons, the service costs 10985 yen in Japanese yen.... It was very disappointing. ※Note※ From Gallery Lafayette who read this review two months later I received an apology and refunded half the service fee of 44€ for the taxi. I got it.

Deplorable customer service - I bought a pair DE shoes here. The next day after seeing them tried for an hour I realized that they were too small and hurt my foot. I took them DE immediately to the store. They didn’t want to refund them or even change them for me because I had already worn them (although it says 30 days on the ticket DE caisse).I end up with a pair DE shoes for 200 € that I can’t put on. I highly recommend avoiding the intermediary Galleries lafayette which is a machine to scam people and going directly to the shops of the brands (saint street honored for the brand Autry). You will have a customer service that is up to the task.

They gave me items with the wrong size on price tags and refused to refund - I had a deeply frustrating experience at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. I specifically asked multiple times for a jacket and jeans in size 8 years for my son, as I needed them for a special occasion. The staff assured me they had given me the correct size, so I trusted them and paid €475 for the jacket and €215 for the jeans. Upon returning to my country and having my son try the clothes on, I discovered they were actually size 6, despite the tags saying 8 years. The outfit didn’t fit, completely ruining our plans for the occasion. I sent the items back with a friend before the one-month return period ended, but the store refused to exchange them or issue a refund. To make matters worse, after I complained about their unprofessionalism, they blocked me from emailing them. This is beyond unacceptable for a store of this reputation. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and zero effort to resolve the issue. I am extremely disappointed and will not shop here again.

Horrendous experience - This was a total let down and waste of money. The lounge was dingy the staff member was horrendously rude and didn’t even want to acknowledge the experience that was paid for. Whatever you do, do not book this as you will regret wasting your money on an experience that makes you feel worse than if you did nothing at all.

Robbers - Gallery Lafayette accompanies thieves!!!! I was robbed on December 26, 2022 of a Birkin crocodile bag in the children's department of Dior on the 5th floor! in front of the cameras! the face of the thief is visible! what did your security service - nothing!!!!!! they began to take me to the room so that I would not panic, they told me they would call me back tomorrow and did not call back !! no one did anything and the thief could be caught! come and steal in Lafayette!!! they will support you! Don't go there and don't waste your money! they are liars and thieves!
