Great walking tour - Great walking tour of downtown Galveston. Jay was very informative, engaging, knew a lot about the town’s history. Took us places we would never have known were there.

Awesome trip around Galveston - Great experience. The history of Galveston was amazing. The air conditioned van is a great way to see all the historical landmarks.

Baywatch Bus Tour - Pat, our tour guide, was very informative and funny. Enjoyed the tour and learned a lot new things about Galveston. After going on this tour, my boyfriend and I want to come back to Galveston sooner than later to explore museums and try newly discovered restaurants.

Canceled - Bus tour canceled due to driver emergency. I rated average due to them letting us know & offering another time. We couldn't fit it in our schedule.

Disappointed - We arrived & paid for parking excited about our tour. We were told it was canceled. No prior notice. Very disappointing.

Unexpected Cancellation - Tour cancelled at last minute without notification. Accepted offer of a replacement Dolphin tour which I did not enjoy.

Unacceptable - My experience was cut short because the bus tour canceled.I traveled from far away brought my family from florida to do the tour and it was canceled unacceptable

Tour canceled at last minute - We only had 1 day to spend on Galveston Island and drove over an hour to get there. We received a message while we were on our way canceling the tour due to a driver emergency. I understand things happen, but they had no backup? They didn't offer an alternate tour.. NOTHING. Yes, they refunded our money but that's not what we wanted and left us to scramble to make other plans on an unfamiliar city.... Very Disappointed!!
