Great historical tour - We booked this tour to fill up time before our hotel room was ready. We are glad we did! Great history about Galveston including the 1900 hurricane and where the emancipatory proclamation was delivered. Awesome would recommend.

Island fun in the cool! - My husband and I took the tour so that we could learn more about Galveston and our driver and tour guide, Glen, did not disappoint. He was funny and told some really awesomely bad jokes. 😂 we learned so much about the island that we didn’t know and he was able to answer our questions when we had them. The air conditioning was awesome! We would definitely recommend this tour!

Good - Good except the driver had a low tone voice and was hard to hear what he was saying. Otherwise everything was fine

Marginal tour. - Bus A/C was marginal. Drivers sing-song (up and down) voice was hard to hear and follow. We could understand maybe 75% of what he said. A lot of $ for a marginal tour.

Meh - It was okay. I have already seen many of the places on the tour so maybe it was not a good choice for me. The bus driver used a weird sing-songy voice often and it was kind of annoying.

Don’t book through TripAdvisor…. - Our tour was canceled due to the tropical storm and flooding 2 days in a row. We couldn’t reschedule because we were leaving the next day. I was told by the tour agent she would cancel my reservation and issue me a refund that would take 3-5 days. It has been 10 days and I still do not have a refund. I called the tour company and they said I have to talk to TripAdvisor since I booked through them. After several calls I can’t get to a live person to explain my problem to and can’t find anything on their web page for help. I will make sure to never book through them again.
