Great time for me and my... - Great time for me and my 10 year old daughter. She wanted to go again. Easy to book on-line, great customer service when I called to confirm, and they called me when I cut it a little close on arrival.

Amazing activity - This was a very fun activity. If you like strong emotions this is an obligatory stop. It's not dangerous and although the guide does several 360-degree turns it doesn't endanger you at all. The guide (Justin) is a very nice person and inspires you security. The reception girls are also very friendly. The only bad thing is that it is for a short time since once you enter you no longer want to leave. Definitely recommended.

Not sure? Go for it! - At first I had no idea what to think. I have 2 teens and they are hard to please. I was not sure if I should pay the money for a 30 min riding experience.
During the experience I looked at my teens face and they really were enjoying it. It was amazing to enjoy the moments. As a huge perk, we saw many dolphins. A lot of different ships getting loaded up and got to experience the water away from shore. Id definitely pay in the future again when I’m in town. The guides were friendly as well. Down to earth and good sense of humor.

Donuts and dolphins too! - We saw a bunch of dolphins which surprised me since I didn’t think the driver would take the time but that was nice. Great adventure!

Thrilling fun for everyone - Our family had so much fun. From age 6 to 12, all the kids had a blast. Our guide played awesome speedboat music that paired well with the high jumps and fast spins. Added bonus: dolphin watching. A great time.

Fun ride - The boat ride itself was exhilarating and wonderful. Austin did a great job
However, there is NOTHING in any of the information provided to me (including on the ticket itself) indicating the correct location of the boat. It is Pier 19 — not 21. Even Google Maps has it wrong. Fortunately, we were early enough to be able to find it and not be late.

Fun time!! - Fantastic experience even though the email confirmation stated they depart from pier 21 but ended up being pier 19. We almost missed the excursion due to this.

Beware of them not sending your pictures.... - They took several pictures before the jet boat thrill ride was over on July 5th and told us we would get the pictures by email, no later than the 7th of July. Today is July 9, 2024, it's been 4 days since the jet boat thrill ride. I sent a total of 5 emails without getting a reply. Today, on July 9th I called the number on their website and was told that phone number is just for reservations and that the call center does not have the direct number to the business. Was told by the call center rep to email them again, and she provided the same email address that I have already sent 5 emails to. Then when I finally get a reply to one of my 5 emails, someone replied with the excuse that Tropical Depression Beryl had left a lot of people without power.
Uh okay, but the storm hit on Monday July 8th and we were told while getting off the boat on July 5 that we would receive the pictures no later than July 7th.
Also, when I finally did get a reply to the many emails I sent, they tried to blame it on tropical depression Beryl. So, they were able to send a reply to my emails, but they can't send the pictures?
I would have gladly paid after the ride to get the pictures right then, instead of having to send email, after email, after email, with no reply asking for the pictures that we were told we would receive no later than July 7th. Why is it so difficult to email the pictures within the time frame they gave about when we would receive the pictures? Why tell us when we were getting off the boat we would get the pictures no later than July 7 to now turn around and literally say "keep waiting" with basically no time frame on how much longer they are going to play this game? Extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism.
