Highly recommended - I recommend this tour. It’s a beautiful home. It’s also a very affordable tour and you can take your time doing it. Staff (Bobbi and Brenda) are very friendly and open to any of your questions.

Stepping back in time. - This was wonderful, stepping back in time! The mansion is perfectly preserved, and so very interesting to visit. Defiantly a very peaceful few hours for adults, not much for children, however the lower floors house a children's museum, which was not open the day we visited.

Glad I finally visited! - I have always wanted to visit the Moody Mansion, and on this trip to Galveston, I finally did. It is a self-guided tour that provides the family's history. It is worth your time if you like history and beautiful, old, restored mansions.

It was a great experience... - It was a great experience I loved learning abt the history of Galveston and the families that lived here and still do. The fact you walk at your pace and explored yourself was nice and being able to listen to the history behind the mansion while doing so
