Leaving from Galway, your local guide will drive you towards the famous western coastline’s travel path - the Wild Atlantic Way, passing by bustling harbours, functioning farms, medieval wreckage, 16th-century fortified dwellings and stone-made churches. Our first pit stop is the historically rich Dunguaire Castle. Further, we proceed towards the Burren’s glacio-karst topography, while crossing the Corcomroe Abbey from the 12th century. Adhering to the Wild Atlantic Way, we gradually sight the three Aran Islands. Next is Doolin Pier for a photograph opportunity and to experience the Atlantic breeze. Then we halt for lunch at Doolin Hotel to enjoy their tasty local sea food dishes. When we reach the Cliffs of Moher, take a leisurely walk along the cliff top to admire the striking vistas of the vast ocean and sky. Our journey concludes by returning to Galway through Lisdoonvarna, known for its yearly matchmaking festival.
