A cruise on Lough Corrib is essential when visiting the area! - We really enjoyed the cruise and the commentary from Patrick. He was so knowledgeable about the area and its history. We bought a copy of the book that he wrote and this was a great souvenir and source of more information about the Lough and local people. We chatted to Patrick after the cruise and discovered that the boat was originally from Paignton in Devon, close to where we live!

Beautiful cruise, including local history, highly recommended! - One of a kind, can highly recommend!! Beautiful cruise on Lough Corrib, and the captain gave a very entertaining story of local history and nature. Including walking tour on a local island, which including amongst other things a 12th century monastery.

Great day trip - Captain Patrick the skipper of the boat was quite a character, very knowledgeable about the history and very funny. The ruins on the island were really nice to visit and Patrick told us the history of the area, very interesting.
