Fantastic tour.. book it! - We went on the walking tour our first day in Galway. It was just fantastic and just the right length. Our guide was a history teacher and there was nothing he didn't know.. a wonderful experience and one I would highly recommend even if you think you know Galway!

The best tours are always given by a local and this is one of the best! - If you'd like a very pleasant and informative walking tour of the lovely city of Galway, sign up for this tour and, if you can, ask to have Orla as your guide. A self-described "Galway Girl" (born and raised) it would be difficult to conjure up a more charming and knowledgeable person to walk you through the best parts of this fascinating place. Orla knows the history and the legends as well as she knows the streets of her hometown. While at the start of the tour Orla let us know what she planned to show us, she was more than willing to deviate on route so that one of our party could purchase what she'd come to Galway to buy, a claddagh ring. In addition to the best places to shop, Orla was happy to recommend some pubs and restaurants, and on returning to Galway for dinner the following day, we were more than happy to get a table at one of her suggested spots for a meal, some Guinness and to hear some traditional Irish music. One of the best tours we've had with Viator!

Galway tour - We had a great time! Very informative tour about the city's history! The tour guide also helped us get our bearings in the city!

Neil was wonderful! - Neil was fantastic!! He was very knowledgeable of the area and answered the questions we had. He also made it a point to talk to everyone in the group.

Great Walking Tour for All Ages - Great tour with a great guide. Everyone in our party from 5yrs to 72yrs enjoyed themselves. This is a lovely way to see the Galway harbor and Latin quarter areas.

Would recommend - Neil was engaging and humerus. Quick tour at reasonable price. Would recommend to get a see different areas of city to go back to.

Terrific Tour and Tour guide. - Our tour guide was terrific. I do not remember his name, but he had a bright yellow T-shirt on, even though it was very cold! He was warm and funny and took us to all kinds of interesting sites. Terrific tour that we fully enjoyed!
