- Maximum seating capacity per helicopter is 3 passengers
- Subject to favorable weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
- Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, there is a weight restriction of 275 lbs per seat.

Birthday flight was a success! - The tour was amazing. Views were breathtaking; the skies were a little cloudy but it made it that much more magical in my eyes. Our pilot Bill was wonderful; very informative and a bit of a comedian :D We had a great time and already look forward to our next flight!

Top notch service, as always. - Third tour with 1000 Islands Helicopter Tours, and each time has been fantastic. Bill was an expert pilot, a great guide, and extremely fun/kind with my 3 year old (whom we were taking on his first flight).

Experience of a lifetime!!!!! - What an amazing experience!!!! The pilot was great to explain what was going to happen, and interesting things we were spotting along the route. Gave us the opportunity to go around Boldt castle both ways so we both got to see it. They automatically offer to take your photos before getting into the helicopter. Extremely professional and lovely people.

It Was Fun ! - A very enjoyable overall experience. A little too early for full fall colours, but the timing was for a birthday experience. Wonderful views none the less. Pilot Bill was friendly, engaging and enhanced the experience. We were made to feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Experience - Our lady pilot was so calm and professional any nerves at being in a helicopter disappeared very quickly! Flying sideways is just cool! Seeing the area from the air is breath-taking. A fabulous, unforgettable experience!
