Great taste of LA - Great tour. Knowledgeable tour guide with a wonderful sense of humour. Fantastic way to get a taste of LA. Enjoyed seeing the Hollywood sign, Hollywood Walk of Fame and Santa Monica Pier.

Great Sampler Tour of all the highlights of the LA area. - We travel often, and this was truly one of the best tours we’ve ever taken. Mike, our tour guide, was outstanding—personable, knowledgeable, and an excellent driver. Even though the weather wasn’t entirely cooperative, we were fortunate to avoid any rain!
This tour is an excellent way to sample many of the highlights of the LA area. While you don’t spend much time at any one location, we found the timing just right for us.
We took this tour on the final day of our trip to Anaheim, after four busy days at Disneyland and Universal Studios. It was the perfect way to wind down and explore more of the region. The Griffith Observatory was a standout. The views, even with a bit of fog, were beautiful and gave us a new appreciation for LA’s surrounding hills. A quick 20-minute visit was just enough to enjoy it.
From there, we ventured into LA proper, with Mike pointing out numerous filming locations along the way. Hollywood was an eye-opening experience, and the contrast between the glamour of Beverly Hills and the grittiness of Hollywood was striking. While we walked around Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, we preferred seeing Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive from the comfort of the bus.
Lunch at the Farmers Market was perfect—we enjoyed delicious pastrami sandwiches and indulged in some incredible English toffee, which we highly recommend.
For us, the highlight of the tour was visiting Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach. Santa Monica Pier was fun and touristy, while Venice Beach was vibrant and full of local energy. The people-watching at Venice Beach was unforgettable, though it is a bit more gritty, so your enjoyment may depend on your travel style. We ended the day with a quick 20-minute stop at Marina del Rey, which was a lovely way to wrap up the tour.
We wholeheartedly recommend this tour, and if you’re lucky enough to have Mike as your guide, you’re in for a treat. He made our last day in LA memorable with his warmth, knowledge, and great driving skills. Thank you for an amazing experience!

So glad I booked this tour! - This tour covered a wide range of sites. It even included Ringo Starr’s Peace and Love statue in Beverly Hills! The driver was very knowledgeable and had lots of stories and pointed out places where movies were filmed. Loved Grauman’s Chinese Theatre and Hollywood Walk of Fame. Wonderful tour! Highly recommend!

I 100% recommend - As a solo traveller I was a bit apprehensive but thoroughly enjoyed my day visiting the sites. The travel vehicle was extremely comfortable and our guide was knowledgeable, fun, played great music throughout and provided impeccable service and great discussion.
I would definitely recommend!

I don't normally write... - I don't normally write reviews, however I truly had a lot of fun on this tour. Mike was a great guide/driver and provided awesome commentary. We were able to learn a few different things about the area that we didn't know when we started the day. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is looking for a snapshot of the highlights in and around LA.

Must Experience Tour - The personalized attention to detail by our tour guide. Mike is very knowledgeable and is passionate about the history and knowledge of all of the areas. Very much a historian. He also interacted with us by answering questions.

Refund please - I am very disappointed because we were not informed of the change of program. I had to call to find out where we were going to be picked up. I paid a taxi to get to the pickup location and we were left at the beach in Santa Monica. I paid for another taxi. You have to reipay us for the taxis
