- Garni Temple - The pearl of the tourism industry in Armenia is the Pagan Temple Garni. The ancient temple was built in the 1st century AD by the king Tiridates the first. Garni Temple was destroyed in 1679 by a strong earthquake and after centuries of attempts at reconstruction, was hardly rebuilt in 1976, during the Soviet Union time. In the complex also located one of the oldest fortresses in Armenia, since the time of the Urartian Kingdom (8th century BC), the Church of St. Zion and the royal baths. The temple is surrounded by unique natural hills called the Symphony of Stones.

Amazing tour - We love to travel. Armenia is the 51st country on my list, but it still managed to surprise me. Today we had interesting and intense time, but we didn’t tired. We saw many beautiful places - the endless azure Lake Sevan, we were climbed by the cable car to the mountain, where skiing in the city of Tsaghkadzor takes place in winter, admiring the beauty of the Caucasus Mountains, we also visited the stunningly beautiful monastery in the rock, where the spear that the warrior pricked for a long time was kept crucified Jesus Christ, we got real aesthetic pleasure from visiting the Greek-style temple in Garni village and many other interesting places. I can definitely recommend this tour! I wish good impressions to all the tourists!!!!
