I was the slow old lady... - I was the slow old lady at the back trailing behind. Whenever I felt like giving up Brandon was encouraging and kind. He did his best to make me feel positive when I truly felt I couldn't go on. And such a host of a wilderness dinner party with candlelight! Lovely meal, professionally served. It was husband's 70th and he felt so celebrated by Brandon abd the constant reminder of the milestone. Can't imagine a better way to be celebrated. So happy I was inspired to pursue this adventure. A true confidence builder. Thank you Brandon. Will return to your tour company again for sure.

Being Tourists at Home - This was our first experience with Aventure Outaouais and it was a great one. We are local active seniors and decided to be tourists here at home. We went with friends also from the area. Everything went smoothly from reservations to pick up to being outfitted with the proper snowshoeing equipment and instructions. Our excellent guide, Brandon, who is also the owner, entertained us with some interesting stories and history of the region, during the bus ride and the trek. He also was the perfect host of our diversified group of locals and visitors, young and not so young, first timers and experienced snow-shoers, putting everyone at ease. He planned, transported, heated and served a delicious supper in the cozy wood cabin. We had a magical trek on a very mild January evening. The trails which are mostly in the forest were in great shape and Brandon's tips and patience made the climbs very doable for the group. We enjoyed the activity, the stories, the history, meeting other tourists, and learning about several local resources and small businesses. We look forward to our next tour for ourselves and for a fun way to introduce our out-of-town guests to our region. A stress-free way to participate in a winter activity with transportation, park pass, a guide, sporting equipment and lunch all included. Highly recommend!

Fun evening snowshoe in Gatineau hills. - My guy surprised me with this adventure and it did not disappoint. Brandon and Joe were great hosts and guides as they took us into the Gatineau hills during this night time snowshoe. They were attentive to ensure everyone was fitted with appropriate sized snowshoes, that we had enough breaks along the big hills, and that we were all having a great time along the way. The constant incentive of locally made fudge at the end of our trek was always a good motivator. The cabin where we had dinner was cozy with a wood burning fire and filled with the smells of grilled cheese and sweet potato soup ( also locally made). They settled us in with hot chocolate then served up the tasty delights. Finalizing the meal With the promised fudge. The trip was fun, the weather unseasonably warm and so we were very comfortable and we both really enjoyed the trek. We would book with them again and look forward to a food or beer tour in the summer. For Anyone looking for a taste of snowshoeing in the beautiful Gatineau park - this is your ticket!

Really recommend it! - Really nice experience. The guide Brandon was really enthusiastic and friendly. You can tell his passionate about his work and so it makes it even more fun. The hike itself could have been longer for me, but it is a event for everybody even the kids enjoyed it so for that purpose its good that it's a small hike. The dinner was really nice, cosy and delicious, local products wich makes it more interesting. The story rock is a fun adding to the tour! Really recommend it!
