HYGIENE STANDARDS FOR A CHAUFFEUR :
All chauffeurs will constantly wear face coverings and sanitize their hands regularly.
CLIENT GREETING PROCESS:
During your meet-up, our drivers will avoid physical contact such as hand-shakes. Upon accompanying you to your assigned vehicle, they will provide you with a face mask, Antibacterial Hand Gel, and wipes.
VEHICLE SANITATION PROCESS:
Before a new client/s enters the vehicle, it will be thoroughly cleaned by the chauffeur focusing on seats, door handles, and all the areas touched by the previous passengers. After the vehicle’s sanitation process, the chauffeur will sanitize their hands again.

• Collapsible wheelchairs with (5 passengers travelling inclusive of 5 medium size Luggage plus 5 hand luggage) removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark

Once the vehicle has been fully sanitised, the chauffeur will then wash his/her hands again.
