Our professional yoga instructor will meet you at our main car park and take you on a short stroll down to our yoga platform.
You will be given time to setup and the class will get underway. Lasting just over one hour you will be taken on a gental progression and towards the end a cool down and meditation through sound bathing.
Enjoy a cup of herbal tea at the end and get to know your fellow yogies.
