Worth the visit - 100 percent worth it. Our guide was excellent. Enthusiastic, informative and funny. The chocolate sampling plus making our own bars was a hit with our group. It was a fabulous way to spend some time in the heart of Edinburgh. I recommend it and would do it again.

Very Interesting and YUMMY! - Loved this tour. Jennifer is so cute and personable. She really explains so much about the chocolate making process and history of it from tree to shop. There is so much tasting and learning how and why the different types of chocolate taste so different. Making our own “designer” chocolate bar was fun, and sampling the dozens and dozens of of chocolate was delicious . Didn’t need dinner after that! Life’s too short, have desert first. Recommend this tour. Booked it directly through the Chocolatarium website.

A great sweet and funny experience - Do you like chocolate? Well, what are you waiting for? Book a tour and you won't regret it. A friend from work recommend it and I enjoyed a lot. I went with my wife and we had a great time. We learnt things about chocolate we didn't know, we did lots of tasting of different kinds of chocolate. Our guide, Mackenzie, was great. Very funny, entertaining and engaging with the group. 5 Star Experience.

A really great chocolate tour! - The tour is very well made. It's informative and fun at the same time. Our guide was very friendly. The 90 minutes went by very quickly. We learned a lot about the history of chocolate, got an explanation of the chocolate making process, were able to taste lots of different chocolates, and even made our own chocolate bar. We'd definitely recommend it!

Fantastic! - Fun and interactive tour. First you were given an explanation of where cocoa beans came from and then you were allowed to compose your own bar. Choice of dark or milk chocolate and you also had several choices in which shape you wanted to pour your chocolate. When these were curing in the fridge we were also allowed to taste different types of chocolate, here were many types from which you could choose. Definitely recommended to do if you are in Edinburgh!

A dream come true - This was incredible! I took my daughter after it was recommended by family who visited. El the guide was amazing! So knowledgeable and really made everyone feel at ease. The amount of chocolate you get to taste and the big bar you make are well worth the visit! If you like chocolate you absolutely must do this tour. I’ll be going back for sure!

A fun and friendly experience learning about (and tasting!) various types of chocolate! - A warm and friendly welcome from an enthusiastic host, lots of information, chocolate making and tasting experiences - great fun for all ages! The tour lasted about an hour and a half, and the time flew past! Plenty of different types of chocolate available to purchase in the shop - selection of which is made easier by getting to try several of them during the tour.

A fun experience - Tour was very enjoyable and informative. We also loved the interactive parts such as the taste testing and making your own chocolate. We also found our tour guide an absolute pleasure to spend time with due to his knowledge and general charisma.
