A Great Family Experience - Our first experience at LegoLand - Manchester. A great experience not only for our 10 year old nephew but for us adults too. Really well thought out and did not have a dull moment for the 2 hours we were timed to be in there for. Highly recommended for a great family experience.

Thanks for a great day. - There was a wonderful girl on reception (whose name escapes me) who sorted out a misunderstanding with our additional tickets to the sealife centre. We could have been disappointed as it was sold out and we were promised admission if we paid on the day but thanks to her we got sorted so thank you! We had a great time. Been a few times. The only downside is the cafe and the food - there’s not much choice there and it’s pricey for what it is. Otherwise great fun.

Good but to busy - Went in half term for my sons 5th birthday, the kids loved it. I'd read the reviews and was bit put off but honestly I found it great just to busy. We was told we had 2 hours, sack that we stayed 3.5 and still wasn't enough time, they missed out on few bits and I'm absolutely gutted for them but we had a train to catch. My eldest loved the refil drinks machine (poor girl constantly having to fill it) Found all staff to be lovely but could of been more due to holidays. Didn't find it dirty as some have mentioned, just typical for type of place. Cinema was great, kids loved getting wet, would of liked to visit again but not enough time. Had to leave our pre booked master class coz it was a choice of that or the last ride and course kids wanted the ride but que took so long. Didn't really have any help with the activity lanyard bought or time to sit and look at it. Wish we could come back to re do stuff but unfortunately can't afford it again, not local either

Son loved it so for that money well spent - Went with our 4 year old son and he loved it , Was half term so was expecting it to be busy and wasn't to bad but just think the main room where most things are is to small ,that needed to be bigger and bit more spaced out to be a lot better ,everyone is really on top of each other at times. we all really enjoyed the 4d cinema , the gun ride was just OK and seemed to be unresponsive at times. But as my title says the day out wasn't really for us but our son and he loved pretty much all of it so I say that's a result.

Improved since last visit - First visit in a few years.. We thankfully visited on Sunday morning which I would recommend for anyone as it was quiet so walked straight into all the rides and served immediately for food/drinks. It is very small so can imagine it could get overcrowded in busy times. You receive a wrist band which gives you 2 hours (dont think anyone checks!). Good start, nice set up of lego cities including Manchester , Blackpool and London. Also has a new fun ride of laser shoot em up. The rest is unfortunately the same, if not a bit worse. 4D cinema is good if not been before but getting a bit tired as showing same thing for years. There is a VR section but costs extra! There is still a race track but now just for under 5s and not managed so bit of a free for all and age restriction is ignored anyway!! Other than there is a tiny under 5s play area which tells the story that it has somewhat become aimed at younger children. Leaving the venue sees a few more displays, including a decent one covering space then into the overpriced gift shop! .. We used Merlin annual pass and was ok, but only due to being able to move around freely.

Soft-play+ but not a destination - Enjoyable on a relatively quiet Sunday morning with our 9yo and 3yo, but only for about two hours. We went as annual pass members with Sea Life next door also booked (this was better than that) but I would have been pretty disappointed if we’d paid full price. Rides were fine, but basic (gun not working on our car for the kingdom battle) and the whole experience clearly downgraded from the last time we attended in 2018 - e.g. the Lego ‘factory’ is not simply a corridor you walk through, with no guide or interactive element. If you happen to be nearby and are happy to play for a couple of hours of Lego-themed soft play, go for it - but don’t make this a destination with your kids.

Overpriced and too crowded - Overpriced and too crowded, we went with our 8 year old and 2 year old, now I will say the kids loved it but for the money it isn't worth it, the attraction is tiny and they let way too many people in, it's just too busy and too overwhelming, which makes no sense when they have booked time slots, it's the only reason it takes 3 hours. You are basically paying £60-80 for one main ride and 4d short move, then the rest is like a basic soft play area. Then you get in to the Lego store which when I thought about it you'd think would be a little bit cheaper than the mainstream, annoyingly we spent £45 on the flower set they had, later that night we saw the same set in b&m for £35 fell for that one didn't we.

Legoland - Took my 4 year old yesterday. He had a good time but it was extremely busy being half term. He loved the ride but the queue was very long. They need more staff around watching and helping. The under 5s car bit was overrun with bigger kids racing about. No staff to be seen. Need someone guiding you if you need.

Overpriced and underwhelming - Very small attraction and far too many guests allowed in at one time. Long queues for very short and babyish rides. Older kids in the under 5s car ride racing around dangerously with no staff in sight to stop them. Very poor attraction for the £60 that we paid.
