Master Builder Experience - We did the Master Builder experience for my son’s 10th birthday and had an amazing day. Spending time behind the scenes and building his chosen model was brilliant fun and Jacob, the master builder, was so friendly and chatty answering all our questions. It is a day we will talk about for a long time.

Amazing day out - Amazing day out for me and my family. We went there as a birthday trip for our autistic son and they really did understand his needs and helped us out with everything we needed

Amazing experience - Such a fun place. My son loved every bit of it and didn’t want to go home! The staff were very friendly and interactive. They gave him challenges as he was building Lego quickly and he really enjoyed contributing the big Lego build.

Legoland Trafford park - Absolutely brilliant. We were so happy with the trip everything was so good. Well worth the trip. The soft play was impressive too. The shop was also good value on the way out .

Great place to keep kids entertained - We used Clubcard vouchers and all went well. Very easy parking. No queue to get in. Nice little interactive film for kids with 3D glasses. A couple of rides included in the price. You could purchase extras but we did not. Cafe for drinks and snacks. Accessible toilets. My grandchildren are 8 & 10 and they both enjoyed it and we will go back again. It was near Halloween and there were quite a few Halloween activities/ displays.

Last minute cheap day out - Took my almost 3 year old and baby for a visit. Very good value as booked parent and toddler ticket. I would've been disappointed if I'd paid full price. Rides were only open for certain intervals but this was well organised. The place closed at 2pm and opened at 1030am so again, if it was full price it would be disappointing. Overall, there were plenty of places to build with lego and the staff were really nice. My only criticism is that the gaps between activities and tables aren't big enough so it's not disabled friendly/pram friendly.

The attraction needs an overhaul and improvement to make it a worthwhile trip out to “discover” Lego - Very poor and disappointing! I understand this is a discovery centre so would be unlike legoland Windsor but the attraction is very poor for what it is supposed to be. Firstly, only one ride was open it was a good ride you go round shooting the monsters to save the princess but it closed at 1145. The rest of the attraction is in one large room. The ninja quest I think it’s called was very disappointing there is a bunch of rules on the wall I expected a mini obstacle course of some sort little rollers for the kids to go through etc and maybe beable to have a race with another child while doing it, it was a little c section with a couple of puzzles on the wall (noughts and crosses, a ball maze and four in a row), there is a small soft play area with multiple levels for the children to climb up with a slide which is fairly decent. The rest of the room is made up of tables with LEGO in buckets for the children to play and a car creation section to create their own Lego car and test them by sliding them down some ramps. There is a little cafe integrated inside and lots of Lego creation spaces. There is also a mini cinema with a Lego film playing too and a car track with random little tiles red cars the children could go round on this section could be made better with little Lego powered cars the children could sit in and drive round the track. There is a window that says ask our master Lego builders it would’ve been good if the master Lego builders were actually there and able to show children how to build things maybe by doing a simple build workshop etc. I think the attraction could’ve been made a lot better with better planning of some of the things to do and more staff involvement in “discovering” Lego etc.

overpriced, oversubscribed and avoid the creative workshop - Pretty overpriced really. And oversubscribed. Could barely move. they have started introducing staggered exit times, (never had that before), but nobody was paying attention anyway and they sold far too many tickets, so 60% day was queueing. and the creative work took 1 hour and 25 minutes so when you have a 3 hour timeslot we missed loads. very little interactive things with staff now, the intro that used to have the factory bit has gone. the bit at the end where you get free lego had gone.

Disappointing - So disappointing, the pictures from the website are deceiving. The VR glasses were of incredibly poor quality and our eldest son's didn't work. We are from Denmark and are LEGO enthusiasts and had to try this when we were in Manchester. but that's for sure we will never come back.
