Long but enjoyable tour - Although this is a very long tour, it was really enjoyable. I thought it was a group tour at the time of booking, but it turned out to be a private tour. The tour was conducted in a private sedan. Along with us there was the Driver (Mr.Eldanis) and the tour guide (Mr.Ismail). Both were very friendly and decent guys. The guide was well spoken in english and explained to us about the significance of the stops included in the tour. We covered Sheki first and Gabala on the return. We skipped the Cable car ride as personal choice. Sheki was so beautiful and peaceful. Lunch was at a delightful restaurant in the Karavanserai. Nohur lake was nothing to write home about and could be avoided. In any case the overall tour from pick up to drop off lasted 14.5 hours. Tiring but fullfiling day. A group tour would certainly take longer

お勧めの日帰りツアーです/Great experience day trip to Sheki from Baku - シェキから国境を越えて隣国のトビリシまで行く予定でしたが、このツアーを見つけてバクーからシェキへ日帰りが出来て、トビリシまで飛行機で行くことが出来ました。 7：30AM バスでお迎え、日程表に記載されている場所とは少し違う場所を観光しました。アルメニア教会（髪に巻くスカーフ持参、無料貸出しあり）、ノール湖、野外ランチ（900円ほど支払、ケバブ料理は美味しいですが、トイレが最悪！）、シェキ・ハーンの宮殿、キャラバン サライ/隊商宿、古代アルバニア教会、お菓子屋さんに寄り、バクーの中心地へは、23：30ＰＭ到着。16時間の長旅でしたが、ガイドのAli は日本語を少し話せるので、終始楽しい時間でした。 We were going to Tbilisi from Sheki by local bus but it was great find this day trip tour from Baku, we could fly to Tbilisi. 7:30AM pick up, we visited not same as Itenary but was enjoyable. Armenian cherch, Nohru Lake,　Lunch at openair resutrant ( food/kebab was lovely but toilet was terrible dirty!),Sheki Khan's Palace,Karvansaray,Church of Kish,Aliahmed Sweetstore...back to Baku 23:30PM, It was long day(16Hours) but really enjoyed this tour.

Long but a trip well worth it! - When I first booked the tour, I expected it to be a group tour with 20 or more people, but it was only 2 travellers (including me). I was picked up by the tour guide/driver at my hotel and the trip to Sheki took roughly 5 hours. There was only one stop on the way - where we got down to stretch our legs and try the Azerbaijani famous Qutab. While 5 hours does seem a long way, the scenery was so beautiful that you didn't notice the time pass by. Once in Sheki, we made our way through the lovely and quaint town visiting the Karavansaray, the Palace and Castle, and even the Museum. The guide also made sure we try the local Sheki Piti and Halwa, both of which I doubt I would forget anytime soon. We spent roughly 3-4 hours in Sheki itself, and so didn't have too long to spend in Gabala - we just passed by the town. So, I think it would be better to call this a purely Sheki trip (which is still worth it!). The drive back was a little long and boring because it got dark by the time we got back to Baku (by 830 pm) and there wasn't much scenery to see on either side. I'd recommend doing this trip either with a friend or family to keep you company, else carry along a set of earphones to while away time during the drive!

The tour that never happened - Dears, As I conveyed to your customer support on that day itself, this tour didn’t happen. The tour operator never responded for multiple calls, nor they came to pick me up. On complaint, your customer support also tried to contact the tour operator but got no response. It’s funny that you are asking to share the experience. The better part is from your side managed to refund the amount within couple of days. Kindly make sure to avoid this kind of discrepancies in the future. With regards Sukhesh M

Fake Booking - Viator charged us 20$ extra per person and even then the tour was horrible. i regret making this booking through Viator. Viator gave us a wrong contact no. for the tour operator, we tried calling several times but the phone was switched off. The company did not even have the decency to call and inform us the pickup time. We had to call several no. to get in touch with the dream tours. After calling 12 times we managed to get the pickup time. Dream Tours advised us that we would be picked up at 7:30am from our hotel, however they showed up 9:15am, they kept us waiting for 1hr and 45min. we tried calling dream tours over 20 times but they did not answer and did not even bother to inform us they would be late. After we were picked up, we went to Gabala, they took us to the lake and then headed straight to Sheki.....we informed the guide that Yeddi Gozel Waterfall and Tufandag Winter Summer Tourism Holiday Complex was part of the tour but he refused to take us to these places...the guide Gosha was very arrogant and screaming at us because we asked him to take us to the waterfall, which was pat of the itinerary. I recommend you book all your tours through TES tours as they much more professional, reasonable and honest. Worst tour i ever went on...really disappointed with Viator as they charged us 47$ extra per person on two separate tours.
