Highlights
  • Eagle Road - Embark on an unforgettable journey along a steep, winding road with 11 bends right above the fjord. Take in the breathtaking views of the Geirangerfjord and capture stunning Instagram photos and videos. This is a must-see location.

  • Eidsvatnet - Marvel at a high-altitude glacial lake surrounded by farms with cows, sheep, and goats. Hear fascinating stories about the village of Eidsdal and pause for a photo or video (and possibly a restroom break).

  • Gudbrandsjuvet - Feel the energy of the raging river! This spot is rich with legends and dangers. Be cautious at the witch’s well and listen to the local guide’s tales.

  • Reinheimen - Reinheimen National Park is a hidden gem on the way to the top of Trollstigen. If the weather is favorable, we’ll stop here for a picnic with local delicacies. Enjoy stunning views of a small valley surrounded by towering mountains, numerous waterfalls, and cascades of a glacial river.

  • Trollstigen - Traveling through Reinheimen National Park and ascending to the top of the Troll Path (Trollstigen), you’ll reach 1000 meters above sea level, feeling as if you’re on the moon. Experience a transition from summer to winter, as you can even play in the snow here in July. We’ll stop for photos at the Trollstigen viewpoint. Relax and enjoy an exhilarating ride along one of the world’s most scenic roads. We’ll navigate all 11 bends of the steep, winding road down to Troll Valley, then climb back up, stopping at the bridge with a waterfall for unforgettable photos and videos.

  • Valldal - We’ll drive through the renowned Strawberry Valley of Valldal. From July to mid-August, you can taste the world’s most delicious strawberries, grown naturally without pesticides and only with biofertilizers. During the August-October season, we visit local farms to buy fresh fruit straight from the trees: cherries, plums, and apricots.

  • Eidsdal - Enjoy a fjord cruise by ferry. Climb to the upper deck and take in views of Norwegian villages, orchards along the Storfjord, and high mountains with waterfalls.

  • Geiranger - We’re heading back to Geiranger. Wave to your ship as we pass by. As we drive through the village center, listen to an engaging story from a local guide about the lives of the residents, the village’s infrastructure, and historical facts about its origins.

  • Flydalsjuvet - Ascend another steep, winding road to the Flidal gorge. This iconic spot offers the best photo opportunities for social media. Follow your guide to find Queen Sonja’s Chair, which provides stunning views of the village and fjord. You must sit on the Throne and take memorable photos!

  • Geiranger - If time permits before your ship departs, your guide will invite you to disembark at the Union Hotel in Geiranger. From there, you’ll descend to the port along the waterfall cascades. The powerful streams of glacial water will invigorate you. This is an exhilarating experience!
