Perfect for History Lovers - This day tour from Istanbul to Gelibolu is a great choice for history lovers. Our guide introduced us to the main lines of the war, and we visited various monuments to honor the memorials of both Turkish and Anzak soldiers. Traces of history were felt throughout the tour

An Absolute Must Do for All Australians Visiting Turkey - This tour was absolutely amazing. Visiting Gallipoli has been something that I have wanted to do for many many years. In the end, my wife and I opted to do a one day tour from Istanbul, which I was a little worried about given that it is a four hour drive each way. Thankfully, the small group tour option had an excellent Mercedes Vito, which picked us up at 5:30 am from our hotel in Istanbul and returned us at around 8:30pm, leaving about 5 hours for the tour, which was more than enough. Yes, I know, that is a long day, but I would do it again 100 times out of 100 and would highly recommend it to anyone that has even the slightest interest in Gallipoli and/or ANZAC Day, which is continuing to be a most significant day to all Australians. The locations of the battles (and there were many) are ironically beautiful and so one finds themself conflicted all day by the beauty of the place and the reality of what occurred there. Most importantly for this review at least, is how good the tour was that we went on. T.J., who we had to ourselves for the day, knows more about Gallipoli than anyone I have ever met. With an Australian wife, this Turkish guru is able to explain the events and the reasons for their happening from all standpoints (both the Australian and Turkish perspectives). I could have listened to T.J. speak on this subject for a month. He was absolutely amazing and the stories he relates are inspirational and to be honest, mind blowing. How two countries ever found themselves in this situation doing the fighting for others (namely the incompetent British and the cunning Germans) is beyond comprehension. Apologies for the long winded review, but this trip was something I have wanted to do for most of my life and it was simply amazing. Thank you T.J. for a most amazing tour.

Extreme disappointment - We woke up at 5am to get ready for the tour only to find an email sent a few hours before saying the tour was cancelled due to.water quality!! No alternative was given. I was charged $25 interest on my card for the pleasure of not going. Find someone more reliable, would NOT recommend.
