Very nice place. - Make the visit on a weekday... The experience of being alone in the forest is very cute, I think it must be difficult to do it on a weekend.
Some people were there but no more than 10 people.
I understand that there are people who may enjoy doing the guided activity more. I went to enjoy another kind of experience.
I recommend not taking so many pictures, take advantage of where they are.
IF you want pictures in an image bank have better quality hehe

Thank you thank you thank you Carlos Pagliardini - The guide was spectacular since I hired this excursion, he contacted us, he gave us advice and guided us to get to MIRAMAR, he picked us up at the terminal, a unique experience in knowledge about the place and nature itself, totally recommended 👌 👍

We arrived and there was no guide so the experience is the same as Mena because we loved the landscaping that there is and how well cared for it is. - Beautiful, we took photos, I would go again, a very quiet place, the view of the greenery and the roaring of the trees is incomparable.

To enjoy nature - We went and toured on our own, without a guided tour. Outside of the particularity of the "Energetic", anyway, it is a beautiful walk. If you like nature, you will enjoy walking the trail, listening, feeling the aroma and observing. As you go deeper, you perceive silence and peace. Very pretty!

Great Experience! - I went to the Energy Forest with my family last summer. It was a great experience! There's a lot of energy, so if you bury one branch, and put another one on the tip, it will stay in the air, as if it floated, it's amazing! Also the forest has a beautiful view of the coast where you can take a lot of beautiful pictures.
I really recommend this place to visit with the family!

"Fun visit for kids" - After visiting the nearby Aventura Vivero Park (worth a visit and makes a change from the beach to ride bikes and ride horses) we drove the short distance to the Bosque Energetico forest. Parking for cars available. The trees are unique and twisted into each other (probably from a previous storm). The people and kids had fun trying to balance pieces of wood on branches and on their heads taking in the energy.
