An Excellent Day Trip Provided - Sakis, our driver and tour guide was superb - kind and fun!
The day trip was full of amazing memories and i felt so privileged to be on Mount Blanc! Would thoroughly recommend this this trip and GVA.

holiday just the 2 of us - This a must see, it is an amazing little red train that takes you to the top, take your time as everyone rushes down to the ice cave, we had a bite & coffee waited till it thinned a little it was so much easier to go down the 589 steps & back up, soak it in, check out up the top near the hotel a video & information about the glacier, can't say climate change isn't here, we couldn't walk back down as snow to deep, would love to come back in spring/summer.

Amazing guide and beautiful trip - The trip was great and views were amazing.
The Ice caves were closed when we went- it was not clear if that was due to the rains or they close early. Please check the same before you go there- irrespective of this, the train ride and views were fabulous.
Special shout out to Sakis- our guide. He was funny and understanding. An amazing guide and super helpful.
The trip is great in itself but if you have Sakis guiding you, it is even better!! :)

Big city, plan ahead - Geneva is a big city. Be sure you acquaint yourself with how to get around (bus, metro, foot-that would be a lot of steps), If you are interested in a day trip in the area and know your dates, make the reservation sooner than later; they go fast.

Never Picked Up from our Hotel - We waited outside our hotel early for pick up, but no one ever showed up! I checked the address I put in and everything was correct, so it was not a customer error. I tried contacting the tour operators, but no one responded to my messages in the app, and the phone number they provided wasn't working. Thankfully, the support team at Viator was very helpful in trying to find a similar booking for us on the same day. Even Viator could not get in contact with the tour operator for this! It is now the day after we were supposed to go on this trip and still the company has not responded. We have to wait 72 hours to find out if they will refund us or not.
