Le Pas dans le Vide - “Le Pas dans le Vide” (Step into the void) is a tourist attraction of the Compagnie du Mont-Blanc. Located on the upper terrace of the Aiguille du Midi, at 3,842 meters, it is “the highest attraction in Europe”.
Le Pas dans le Vide is a box made entirely of tempered glass. It allows visitors to live a unique experience: under their feet, a void of more than 1,000 meters. From this glass box, the visitor’s eyes contemplate the highest peaks of Western Europe, and the exceptional Bossons glacier, the glacier with the highest drop in the world, almost 3,370 meters.
