Great 2 Hours - Great bus tour with a few stops for pictures. Gabriel, the guide, was great and knowledgeable. The old town Gevena portion is great for history and great pictures as well.

Nice tour to see the heart of Geneva in 2 hours - Gabriel was our guide. He was very warm and friendly. He kept us informed about everything from where the restroom was located in the bus terminal, to where we could find the bus after taking photos at the Broken Chair & UN. It rained the day of our tour, but it was still a good tour. We rode the tour bus for an hour and transferred to the tram for the second hour that had encased plexiglass so we wouldn't get wet. The tram tour was multilingual so it was easy to understand where you were and what you were seeing. Gabriel met us back at the end to answer any questions. There is also a cafe that is next door to the bus station where you meet to take this tour. You can grab a sandwich, snack and beverage before your tour starts. You can literally see into the waiting area so no worries about being left behind.

Geneva. Switzerland’s marvel - The places are historical and lots of parks around and the long sidewalks of the Lake Geneva (Lac Léman) was SPLENDID 👍🏽

Take a trip round the old town and lake - A tour of two halves. We preferred the second half, the train tour of the old town. The first half was ok and Gabrielle, the guide is a nice man, but he needs to appreciate he doesn’t need to talk constantly. Literally, he spent the first 10 minutes talking about the train station. Not its history but just what it does! He waffles on sometimes about nothing, when silence would be better.

Cancelled Short Notice - This tour was cancelled the morning of the tour, with no explanation or direct message. Our cell number and email are available to tour providers. We only had two days to visit and this tour was our opportunity to gat a solid overview of Geneva. While we certainly understand that there are reasons why a tour may be cancelled short notice, how it was handled (No direct message, or apology, from the tour provider) is why we have an issue.

Terrible. Request for refund declined. - Terrible. We arrived at the location 10 minutes before departure and checked in at the office and were told the bus hadn’t arrived. So we waited in the lot until 15 minutes after our departure time. When we called Viator to request a refund, they said they would get back to us. I just received an email declining my request. According to them the bus was on the lot and left on time despite the office on the lot telling us it hadn’t arrived yet. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed!

Geneva Key tours ( not punctual) - This was the worst trip in timeliness( so much for Swiss punctuality) we reported 45 mins before the bus showed up as requested The ladies in the office was so rude and disrespectful and insulted my county and asked “are things perfect in you country” with racist undertones Think twice before booking PS| the guide and driver were friendly after the LATE start
