It drives like a caterpillar over the crisp snow and has room for up to 20 people. And it is also the most pleasant way to discover the glacier area – from the comfort of your own seat. It is ride of a truly different nature – for young and old!

Glacier 3000 offers a panoramic restaurant, work of the architect Mario Botta, who designed the San Francisco Museum of Art.

It invites you to an adventure that you will not easily forget. The 107 metre long and 80 centimetre wide bridge offers a stunning view onto the Alps: Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau are visible from the bridge and offer grandiose views, far off into the distance.

Great views at all times - Great tour! Would definitely recommend doing this tour if you're looking for a more quiet escape to the mountains around Geneva. The tour guide was very polite, easy-going and up for a laugh at all times. Very informative and approachable for any request or question you might have. The scenery while driving up the mountains is unreal around this time of the year. Lots of snow up at the top so a good pair of waterproof shoes would be a good idea. Afterwards, heading towards Montreux. A lively town with amazing views of the Riviera. I'd prefer at least one more extra hour for that part but overall it's a great experience.

We had the most fabulous... - We had the most fabulous day. Babis was our driver and guide, he did a wonderful job. He provided commentary pointing out interesting places. He took care of us on the mountain ensuring we had the best experience and showing us how to Toboggan. The walk was a highlight and taking in the breathtaking scenery. I would highly recommend Babis and Swiss Tours.

Unpleasant weather but great experience - Despite the unpleasant weather, our guide and driver Roger made this day memorable. The rain and clouds at the bottom and the snowstorm at the top did not allow us to fully appreciate the view. Roger's explanations as well as the attention paid to each of us made this day a success.

Rogers great stories - The drive down to glacier 3000 was scenic and breathtaking. Bus is comfortable airy and light, and were picked up from our hotel. Cable car was an awesome experience and the highlight was of course the peak walk from one mountain to another. The ski lifts were also a good experience, which led to the Glacier Walk. The stop at Montreau was good - but could do with more time to explore. The best part was listening to Rogers stories about Switzerland and history about key places we passed. He made it enjoyable and a much better experience.
