Easily the best value tour in Geneva! - Captain was kind, friendly and very professional. He provided all the passengers a great tour on the lake while sipping wine and snacking!

"A magical moment on the lake! 🌞🚤🍷" - We had a really great time during the "Sightseeing cruise in Geneva with wine and aperitif"! With my boyfriend, we had a lot of fun. The small boat creates a very intimate atmosphere, while remaining friendly because we were not alone. The wine and aperitif were perfect, and the views from the lake are simply beautiful. It was a very nice experience, to be repeated without hesitation. An outing that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend a good time on the lake. Do it again without hesitation! 🌞🚤🍷

Definitely worth the time and money. - Cruise was very nice. The driver was friendly. The wine and snacks were good. I read the reviews about it being hard to find. It is directly to the left of the grey crane. There is no number or sign.

Relaxing - Relaxing and interesting. Everyone in our family enjoyed the sights. If you are looking to relax and see Geneva from the lake this is the way to do it.

Pleasant tour, difficult to locate - Horrible instructions on where to meet. Tour guide was very pleasant and courteous…however the only thing he pointed out was Mont Blanc- no other information or landmarks. He got us close to the fountain which was nice.

Totally worth it - Contrary to some of the negative comments about this trip, the boat was completely easy to find. It was right next to the gray crane, as described in the meeting point text supplied by Viator. Geneva Soghtseeing Tours painted on the side of the boat. No frills, relaxing hour off our feet, giving us a different perspective of Geneva and the surrounding area. Good wine, good cheese and crackers. Great close-up sensory experience with the Jet d’Eau. Overall a very fun diversion.

Nice short tour of Lake Geneva. Boat operator was really nice. Food was subpar and wine was just okay. - Boat was hard to find, quaint not labeled as L4 or Swisstours in any way. We and two other couples were waiting in the entirely wrong place.

Very difficult to find the location, but lovely trip once on board - I would rate describing/finding the location as a big fat zero, but the trip itself as a delightful 5. It would help if the tour company highlighted that the starting point is across the street from the Grand Hotel Geneve (may come up on your google maps as Fairmont Grand), and that the Paquis Crane that they cite as a meeting point is a small mechanical crane (not a bird) on a raised cement platform that is situated to the left of the port de mouettes as you face the lake itself (where the local transport authority's red and yellow commuter boats go back and forth across the lake). Everything else was exactly as advertised - no emission boat, maximum of 12 persons (we had just 8), wine and cheese a plenty, and no annoying audio guide playing on people's phones. So despite the difficulty in finding the location, I would highly recommend and felt it was well worth the slightly higher price in favor of a smaller number of passengers and a more environmentally-friendly boating option. Book it, you won't regret it

Complete con. DO NOT book. - Complete con. We stood in the correct place 30 minutes before the trip was due, but no boat showed up and nobody came to look for us. Rang the office who confirmed we were in the right place but claimed the boat had gone without us. Money back was refused. This trip is a fraud!!!
