Wonderful day trip - We were so pleased with our guide/driver, Dean. He was informative, friendly and very kind to our family member who needed some assistance. The Chaplin home and studio was interesting, the scenery was beautiful, our wine and snack stop was breathtaking! The Chillon Castle was memorable.

Buen tour - A very nice walk. The Chaplin world is excellent at everything, I advise not to lose it. So is Montreux and everything Freddy Mercury, legend Qeen. Chillon Castle, can be dispensed with for those who already know castles. It's more of the same

Even though the weather (and traffic) seemed to be against us, Dean made the tour fantastic. - We had a delightful time on this tour. Dean, our guide, was really helpful and courteous. He was friendly and accommodating and did everything to make our tour a pleasant one. He also gave excellent suggestions and directions to places. A wonderful experience - I was looking forward to a visit at Chateau Chillon but I was totally surprised at what a great museum Chaplans world turned out to be. A great visit lead by Normunds! He made it fun despite the scattered rain.

Chillon Castle - We took the train from Geneva to see the Chillon Castle. We messed up and went past Montreaux where you need to get off to connect for the Chillon Castle stop. What a mess. We ended up on the mountains, just a few stops away from Montreux. There was no one at the station to help us. We finally caught another train back but we had to wait a long time. Chillon Castle was great. It's a big castle and well preserved. I wish we had more time. Lots of exhibits to read. Really neat history.

It was a nice day tour with good guidance! - It was a nice small group with many sites to see and learn in one full day. We were well treated, guided, and informed.

May in French Switzerland - Visiting the Geneva region is pleasant for its landscapes; Hyper organized and well located hostels; free transport system in the Central Geneva region via public voucher. You will be welcomed whether you speak French or not, as the general staff speaks English; The central area is super rich in: history; Coffees ☕️; Pasta house; bakery; varied restaurants. The Charlie Chaplin world museum is a wonder just 1 hour by train from Geneva Central Train Station. I recommend wearing light clothes and good sneakers 👟, as May is a month with temperatures rising from 22 to 27°C. Enjoy

Good tour very long day - Pros: great sights. Charlie Chaplin museum/home was great, queen experience was cool, views spectacular! Our guide Norman was a wealth of knowledge and was funny. Cons: length of time of the tour. It’s a very long day. I think this should be split into 2 tours.

Disorganised and expensive - Beware risk of missing the tour when the driver goes to the wrong hotel and you have to join it later at your expense or lose it altogether as it is treated as a no show. Many disgruntled pax on this tour who had prepaid and service not delivered.

Would not recommend !!! - I took Swiss Tour before and it was absolutely amazing! We had a driver and the Guide was wonderful and very informative. This is why I booked another one. Well, it was a mistake! Big mistake! At this trip we only had a driver. He informed us where we are going to drop off and picked up. That's all ! Oh, and on the top , we had to make a detour to a DIFFERENT town to pick up someone, which extended our travel time by an hour! Terrible!!!
